Description
Claims (12)
- セルフミキシングを利用してレーザーに対する相対的な対象の移動を測定するために、レーザ光により前記対象を照射するよう前記レーザを制御するコントローラであって、
測定サイクルの間、前記レーザへ立ち上がりスロープ及び立ち下がりスロープが交互に起こる電力パルスを供給するよう配置される電源を有し、
前記対象から反射されるレーザ光と前記レーザから発せられるレーザ光との間の相互作用によって発生する信号の電力が第1の閾値を下回るか又は第2の閾値を上回る場合に、前記電力パルスの供給を中断し、
前記第2の閾値は、前記第1の閾値よりも大きく
前記電源は、前記測定サイクルの開始時に、前記レーザの温度を安定させる加熱パルスを挿入する、
コントローラ。 - 前記相互作用は前記レーザのキャビティ内で起こる、請求項1記載のコントローラ。
- 前記電力パルスは、前記レーザにレーザ放射を発生させる、請求項1記載のコントローラ。
- 前記加熱パルスは、該加熱パルスの振幅及び存続期間を制御するよう、プログラム可能であるコントローラ信号によって制御される、請求項1記載のコントローラ。
- 無電力インターバルが散在する、請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項記載のコントローラ。
- 前記レーザに対する対象の速度及び/又は配置を決定することができる、請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載のコントローラ。
- 前記レーザは、少なくとも1つのレーザ波長を発生させるよう配置される、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一項記載のコントローラ。
- 検出されるレーザ光の複数のパラメータ値を測定し、前記検出されるレーザ光のパラメータ値の相関関係が少なくとも1つの更なるパラメータ値の予測を可能にする場合に前記電力パルスの供給を中断する、請求項1記載のコントローラ。
- セルフミキシングを利用してレーザーに対する相対的な対象の移動を測定するレーザー制御方法であって、
測定サイクル間、前記レーザがレーザ光により前記対象を照射するよう該レーザへ立ち上がりスロープ及び立ち下がりスロープが交互に起こる電力パルスを供給するステップと、
前記対象から反射されたレーザ光を検出するステップと、
前記対象から反射されるレーザ光と前記レーザから発せられるレーザ光との間の相互作用によって発生する信号の電力が第1の閾値を下回るか又は第2の閾値を上回る場合に、前記電力パルスの供給を中断するステップと、
前記測定サイクルの開始時に、前記レーザの温度を安定させる加熱パルスを挿入するステップと、を有し
前記第2の閾値は、前記第1の閾値よりも大きい、
レーザ制御方法。 - 前記電力パルスは、前記レーザにレーザ放射を発生させ、
前記温度の安定化は、所定の波長が前記レーザから放射されることを確かにする、請求項9 記載のレーザ制御方法。 - 検出されるレーザ光の複数のパラメータ値を測定するステップを更に有し、前記検出されるレーザ光のパラメータ値の相関関係が少なくとも1つの更なるパラメータ値の予測を可能にする場合に前記電力パルスの供給を中断する、請求項9記載のレーザ制御方法。
- 前記対象から反射されたレーザ光は、前記対象に入射する前記レーザ光とのセルフミキシングを受ける、請求項9乃至11のうちいずれか一項記載のレーザ制御方法。
