Abstract
本発明の主題は、また、前記樹脂の製造方法、樹脂を含むサイジング組成物及び上記サイジング組成物によりサイジングされたミネラル繊維系の絶縁製品である。

378gのフェノール(4モル)と809gのホルムアルデヒド(10モル)が、37%水溶液(2.5のホルムアルデヒド/フェノールモル比)として、頂上に冷却器を有し、攪拌系を装備された2リットルの反応器に導入され、混合物は、攪拌されながら、45℃で加熱された。
アミンを含むEP 0480778 A2の例4によるフェノール樹脂の調製
564.66gのフェノール(6モル)と1217.43gのホルムアルデヒド(15モル)が、37%水溶液(2.3のホルムアルデヒド/フェノールモル比)として、例1の反応器に導入され、混合物は、攪拌されながら、45℃で加熱された。
通常の尿素不含有フェノール樹脂の調製
378gのフェノール(4モル)と857.7gのホルムアルデヒド(12.8モル)が、45%水溶液(3.2のホルムアルデヒド/フェノールモル比)として、例1の反応器に導入され、混合物は、攪拌されながら、45℃で加熱された。
Claims (17)
- フェノール-ホルムアルデヒド及びフェノール-ホルムアルデヒド-アミン縮合体から本質的に成り、20℃で少なくとも1000%の水希釈能を有するミネラル繊維のサイジング組成物の処方に使用するための液体樹脂であって、液体の合計重量を基準にして表現された、0.1%以下の遊離ホルムアルデヒド含有量を有することを特徴とする、樹脂。
- 液体の合計重量を基準にして、0.5%以下の、好ましくは、0.4%以下の遊離ホルムアルデヒド含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の樹脂。
- アミンが、アルカノールアミン若しくは環状アミンであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の樹脂。
- アミンが、モノエタノールアミン若しくはジエタノールアミンであることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の樹脂。
- 0.1%以下の遊離ホルムアルデヒド含有量、0.4%以下の遊離フェノール含有量と2000%以上の水希釈能を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4何れか1項記載の樹脂。
- フェノールとホルムアルデヒドとを、1を超えるホルムアルデヒド/フェノールのモル比で、塩基触媒の存在下反応させること、反応混合物を冷却すること、冷却中に、マンニッヒ反応によりホルムアルデヒド及び遊離フェノールと反応するアミンを前記反応混合物に導入することに存する、フェノール-ホルムアルデヒド及びフェノール-ホルムアルデヒド-アミン縮合体から本質的に成り、20℃で少なくとも1000%の水希釈能を有し、液体の合計重量を基準にして表現された、0.1%以下の遊離ホルムアルデヒド含有量を有する樹脂の調製方法であって、アミンが導入されるとすぐに、冷却が中断され、反応混合物が10〜120分間で変動する時間導入温度に維持されること及び冷却後、酸が樹脂のpHを7未満であるに十分な量で添加されることを特徴とする、方法。
- アミンの導入時間が、20〜100分間、好ましくは、25〜50分間変動することを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- ホルムアルデヒドが、2〜4、好ましくは、3未満のホルムアルデヒド/フェノールのモル比で、93%以上のフェノール変換率まで、フェノールと反応することを特徴とする、請求項6または7記載の方法。
- アミンの導入が、50〜65℃、好ましくは約60℃の温度で、冷却開始時から直ちに実行されることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8何れか1項記載の方法。
- アミンが、アルカノールアミン若しくは環状アミンであることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9何れか1項記載の方法。
- アミンが、モノエタノールアミン若しくはジエタノールアミンであることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- アミンが、出発フェノールのモルあたり、0.2〜0.7モル、好ましくは、0.25〜0.50モルの量で添加されることを特徴とする、請求項6〜11何れか1項記載の方法。
- 樹脂のpHが、6未満、有利には4より高く、より好ましくは、約5であることを特徴とする、請求項6〜12何れか1項記載の方法。
- 酸が、硫酸、スルファミン酸、燐酸及び硼酸、好ましくは、硫酸或いはスルファミン酸から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項6〜13何れか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5何れか1項記載のフェノール樹脂と随意に尿素とサイジング添加物を含む、ミネラル繊維のためのサイジング組成物。
- 請求項15記載のサイジング組成物によりサイジングされたミネラル繊維を含む絶縁製品、特に、熱及び/又は音響製品。
- ミネラル繊維、特にガラス繊維若しくは岩石繊維系絶縁製品の製造のための、請求項15記載のサイジング組成物の使用。
