Abstract

Claims (9)
- ほぼ軸方向に延び冷却管(4、6、7)がはめ込まれる冷却路(3、13)と、少なくとも区分的にて、冷却路(3、13)の変形によって前記冷却管(4、6、7)を冷却路(3、13)内の電気機械(1)が発生する熱源の側に押し付ける手段と、が存在している無外被形電気機械における固定子。
- 前記手段が冷却路(3、13)の隆起部(8)、突起あるいは窪み部(9)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定子。
- 冷却路(3、13)の隆起部(8)、突起あるいは窪み部(9)が、冷却路(3、13)の変形によって冷却管(4、6、7)を電気機械(1)の空隙側で押し付けおよび/又は変形が生ずるように、電気機械(1)の空隙の方向に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固定子。
- 冷却路(3、13)が断面円形、断面丸み形、断面楕円形あるいは断面多角形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の固定子。
- 冷却管(4、6、7)は、この冷却管(4、6、7)が変形を要することなく軸方向に冷却路(3、13)に挿入できるように、断面円形、断面丸み形、断面楕円形あるいは断面多角形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の固定子。
- 固定子(2)において、冷却路(3、13)を変形するための力作用(F)を加える場所の近くに複数のマークが付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の固定子。
- 冷却管(4、6、7)内における冷却流の固定子(2)の両側端面での方向転換が方向転換要素によっておよび/又は軸受台において行われ、これによって、固定子(2)の周りに冷却流の蛇行状経路が生じていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の固定子。
- 冷却管(4、6、7)が固定子(2)から軸方向に突出し、これによって、冷却管(4、6、7)が方向転換要素および/又は軸受シールドで押圧でき、それによって、冷却回路の密封が生じさせられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の固定子。
- ダイナモ鋼板(10)に冷却路(3、13)と隆起部(8)や突起や窪み部(9)の輪 郭形状を打ち抜き加工する工程と、
これらの多数の個別鋼板(10)を冷却路(3、13)が固定子(2)の軸方向に沿っ て延びるように積層する工程と、
それぞれの冷却路(3、13)に冷却管(4、6、7)を軸方向に挿入する工程と、
固定子(2)の外側面に相応した力作用(F)を加えることによって冷却管(4、6、 7)を電気機械(1)の熱源の側に押し付ける工程と、
からなる順序で請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の固定子(2)を製造する固定子の製造方法。
