Abstract
Description
本発明は、液圧または気圧モータまたはポンプ(「流体作動機械」)に関する。
本発明の目的は、流体作動機械の作動チャンバと高圧マニホルドとの間に挿入され、高圧マニホルドが加圧されて機械の出力シャフトが静止している間に開くことができる、面着座弁を提供することである。
図1は、本発明に係る流体動作機械が運動サイクルでどのように動作するかを示す。ソレノイドで動作し、通常開いている面着座低圧ライン弁1が、ライン7と体積が周期的に変動する作動チャンバ2との間に挿入されている。作動チャンバと高圧ライン6との間に挿入された、ソレノイドで動作し、通常閉じている面着座高圧ライン弁4が、はるかに小さな均圧弁5に並列接続されている。低圧ライン弁1のポペットは作動チャンバ2に面しているのに対して、高圧ライン弁4のポペットは高圧マニホルドに面している。
運動サイクルの開始時、低圧ライン弁1は開いた位置にあり、高圧ライン弁4および均圧弁5は閉じた位置にある。高圧ライン6の圧力は低圧ライン7の圧力よりも高い。作動チャンバ2の圧力は低圧ライン7の圧力と等しい。
ルリングはポペットシャンク上を摺動して孔13を露出することになる。こうして2つの空間が接続され、弁構成全体にわたって圧力が等しくなる。圧力が等しくなると、全移動範囲にわたってポペットばね15の力がポールばね12の力よりも小さい限り、図4に示されるように、ポペットシャンク上のポールばね12の軸力はポペット11を座部16から引離して主要な流体通路を開くことになる。
Claims (7)
- 流体作動機械であって、
高圧ラインと、
作動チャンバと、
高圧ラインと作動チャンバとの間に配置され、高圧ラインから作動チャンバへの流体の流れを制御する弁構成とを備え、
弁構成は、弁着座部との封止接触を提供するように構成された弁要素を有する主弁、および作動チャンバを高圧ラインと直接流体連結することによって主弁の両側の圧力を等しくする電磁可動弁部材を有する補助弁を含む、流体作動機械。 - 主弁および補助弁は一体化されており、
弁要素は、弁着座部によって規定される開口と連結する内部導管を有し、
電磁可動弁部材は、内部導管を、前記弁要素を囲む空間と直接流体連結するように適合される、請求項1に記載の流体作動機械。 - 電磁可動部材はスプール弁部材を備える、請求項2に記載の流体作動機械。
- 電磁可動部材は、内部導管の中に少なくとも部分的に設置されるポペット弁部材を備える、請求項2に記載の流体作動機械。
- 弁要素を弁着座部に向けて付勢するための主付勢手段が与えられ、
補助部材を、内部導管が周囲空間から隔離された位置に付勢するための補助付勢手段が与えられる、請求項2、3または4に記載の流体作動機械。 - 主および/または補助付勢手段は、つる巻きばねを備える、請求項5に記載の流体作動機械。
- 補助付勢手段は、主付勢手段よりも大きな力を及ぼす、請求項5または6に記載の流体作動機械。
