Claims (8)
- 装置(1)は相対的動作が加工部品(2)および成形金型(3)の間に発生される手段によって成形金型(3)および供給器具(5)をもち、ここで装置(1)は供給器具(5)と相互作用をする頻度発生器具(10)をもち、そして加工部品(2)および成形金型(3)の間の相対的動作は供給器具(5)によって発生されるので加工部品(2)および/あるいは成形金型(3)が供給方向(P)に第1行程移動を通過する前進行程に続くような方法で調整され、成形金型および/あるいは加工部品の動作は供給方向(P)に反対方向の第2行程移動の次の逆行程にもたらされ、頻度発生器具(10)はそれぞれ前進行程および逆行程からなる装置(1)の少なくとも2つの連続する成形段階の前進行程および/あるいは逆行程の行程移動が異なるような方法で供給器具(5)を調整することを特徴とする加工部品(2)を成形するための、特に冷間成形するための、ここでは特に冷間押出しのための装置(1)。
- 頻度発生器具(10)がファジー論理からなることを特徴とする請求項1に定義される装置。
- 成形金型(3)が加工部品(2)を成形するにおいて通過する定義された成形長さ内で行われる成形段階は、異なる成形段階の行程移動の非連続的カオス分布を示すことを特徴とする請求項1あるいは請求項2のいずれか一項に定義される装置。
- 頻度発生装置(10)は加工部品(2)の軸方向に成形金型(3)によって通過する成形通路が加工部品(2)を加工するとき異なる成形段階の前進行程および/あるいは逆行程の異なる行程移動で少なくとも2つの成形区域に再分割されるような方法で供給器具(5)を調整することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に定義される装置。
- 加工部品(2)および成形金型(3)間の相対的動作は供給器具(5)によって発生され、供給器具(5)によって発生される加工部品(2)および成形金型(3)間の相対的動作は加工部品(2)および/あるいは成形金型(3)が供給方向(P)の方向に第1行程移動を通過するに続くような方法で調整され、供給方向(P)の反対方向に第2行程移動に続く逆行程をもたらされる成形金型(3)および/あるいは加工部品(2)の動作はそれぞれ前進行程および逆行程からなる少なくとも連続する2つの成形段階の前進行程および/あるいは逆行程の行程移動が異なるような方法で頻度発生器具(10)によって調整される加工部品(2)の成形方法。
- 頻度発生器具(10)がファジー論理を使用することを特徴とする請求項5に定義される方法。
- 頻度発生器具(10)が非連続カオス的成形段階を発生することを特徴とする請求項5あるいは請求項6に定義される方法。
- 供給器具(5)は加工部品(2)の軸方向に成形金型(3)によって通過される成形通路が加工部品(2)を加工するとき異なる成形段階の前進行程および/あるいは逆行程の異なる行程移動で少なくとも2つの成形区域に再分割されるような方法で頻度発生器具(10)によって調整されることを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれかの一項に定義される方法。
