Claims (28)
- 所望形状に成形された可撓性の多孔質基材を備え、該基材が酸化による発熱反応を付与する還元剤と、酸素の還元用促進剤と、結合剤とを含むことを特徴とする携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記還元剤を主として亜鉛、アルミニウムおよびマグネシウムからなる群から選択する請求項1に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記促進剤が炭素である請求項1又は2に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記基材が電解液を含む請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記結合剤がポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記多孔質基材を外側の雰囲気から凝離するために該基材を囲むコンテナを更に備え、該コンテナが基材の酸素との反応のために大気雰囲気を基材に選択的に接近させ得るための少なくとも一つの再封鎖可能な開口部を有する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記開口部が酸素透過性の障壁を含む請求項6に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記電解液が水酸化カリウムである請求項4に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- (i)酸化による発熱反応を付与する主として亜鉛、アルミニウムおよびマグネシウムからなる群から選択した還元剤;
(ii)酸素の還元用促進剤としての炭素;
(iii)アルカリ性の電解液;および
(iv)ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの結合剤
を含む所望形状に成形された可撓性の多孔質基材と、
前記基材を外側の雰囲気から凝離するために該基材を囲むコンテナとを備え、
該コンテナが基材の酸素との反応のために大気雰囲気を基材に選択的に接近させ得るための少なくとも一つの再封鎖可能な開口部を有することを特徴とする携帯無炎加熱装置。 - 前記基材の所望形状が、装置から食物への所望の熱移動に要求される食物含有コンテナの外面の一部の輪郭と実質的に一致する予備成形輪郭である請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記基材の所望形状が、装置から食物への所望の熱移動に要求される食物含有コンテナの外面の一部の輪郭と実質的に一致する予備成形輪郭である請求項9に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記基材の所望形状が、異なる用途での使用に所望されるように後でより小さなサイズに再構築または分割するためのサイズにされたストック形状である請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記ストック形状を主としてシートストック、ロッドストック、バーストックおよびチューブストックからなる群より選択する請求項12に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記基材の所望形状が、異なる用途での使用に所望されるように後でより小さなサイズに再構築または分割するためのサイズにされたストック形状である請求項9に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 前記ストック形状を主としてシートストック、ロッドストック、バーストックおよびチューブストックからなる群より選択する請求項14に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置。
- 還元剤と、酸素の還元用促進剤と、結合剤とを混合して混合物を形成し;
該混合物を所望形状を有する基材へ成形し;そして、
次いで該基材を大気または他の酸素含有雰囲気中に貯蔵する工程を備えることを特徴とする携帯無炎加熱装置の製造方法。 - 前記基材の所望形状が、装置から食物への所望の熱移動に要求される食物含有コンテナの外面の一部の輪郭と実質的に一致する予備成形輪郭である請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記基材の所望形状が、異なる用途での使用に所望されるように後でより小さなサイズに再構築または分割するためのサイズにされたストック形状である請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ストック形状を主としてシートストック、ロッドストック、バーストックおよびチューブストックからなる群より選択する請求項18に記載の方法。
- 所望の反応速度を選択し;
選択した反応速度を付与するための電解液を選択し;
次いで選択した電解液を基材に添加する工程を更に備える請求項16から19のいずれかに記載の携帯無炎加熱装置の製造方法。 - 前記電解液を基材に添加する工程を大気または他の酸素含有雰囲気内で行う請求項20の携帯無炎加熱装置の製造方法。
- 前記ストック基材を更なる再構築又は包装に所望されるような撚り小さな基材形状に分割する工程をさらに備える請求項18または19に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置の製造方法。
- 前記基材を外側の雰囲気から凝離するために該基材をコンテナで囲む工程をさらに備え、該該コンテナが基材の酸素との反応のために大気雰囲気を基材に選択的に接近させ得るための少なくとも一つの再封鎖可能な開口部を有する請求項20または21に記載の携帯無炎加熱装置の製造方法。
- 前記所望形状が可撓性である請求項16から23のいずれかに記載の携帯無炎加熱装置の製造方法。
- 請求項16から24のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造した携帯無炎ヒーター。
- ここに記載された携帯無炎ヒーターの製造方法。
- ここに記載された携帯無炎ヒーター。
