Abstract
【解決手段】内部が電槽隔壁2によって複数のセル室3に仕切られた、上方に開口した電槽1と、前記各セル室3に収納された極板群4と、前記極板群4の正極板同士を一体化させる正極ストラップ5と、前記極板群4の負極板同士を一体化させる負極ストラップ6と、一つのセル室の極板群の正極ストラップと該セル室に隣接するセル室の極板群の負極ストラップとを前記電槽隔壁2を跨いで接続するように設けた中間接続体7と、前記電槽隔壁2に対応する位置に蓋隔壁16を有した蓋20とを備え、前記電槽隔壁2を中間接続体7が設けられた近傍で高く、中間接続体7から離れるにつれて低くなるように形成し、前記蓋20の裏面に前記中間接続体7を挿入する凹部17を形成する。

Claims (1)
- 内部が電槽隔壁によって複数のセル室に仕切られた、上方に開口した電槽と、前記各セル室に収納された、少なくとも1枚の正極板、負極板及びセパレータからなる極板群と、前記極板群の正極板同士を一体化させる正極ストラップと、前記極板群の負極板同士を一体化させる負極ストラップと、一つのセル室の極板群の正極ストラップと該セル室に隣接するセル室の極板群の負極ストラップとを前記電槽隔壁を跨いで接続するように設けた中間接続体と、前記電槽隔壁に対応する位置に蓋隔壁を有した蓋とを備えた鉛蓄電池であって、前記電槽隔壁の上端を中間接続体が設けられた近傍で電槽の開口端より高くなるように傾斜させて形成し、前記蓋隔壁に前記中間接続体を挿入する凹部を形成し、前記凹部に充填した熱硬化性樹脂によって中間接続体を保持して、蓋隔壁と電槽隔壁とを熱溶着によって接合したことを特徴とする鉛蓄電池。
