Abstract
【解決手段】変換器を有し、該変換器は、プロセスまたは装置周辺から得られる非電気的な一次エネルギを低周波の電気エネルギに変換し、低周波の電気エネルギを高周波の電気エネルギに変換するための、非線形特性を備えた構成要素を有しており、高周波の電気エネルギから符号化された信号を生成するための符号化装置を有するように構成する。

Claims (26)
- 符号化された高周波信号の生成のための装置において、
変換器(10)を有し、該変換器(10)は、プロセスまたは装置周辺から得られる非電気的な一次エネルギ(P)を低周波の電気エネルギに変換し、
低周波の電気エネルギを高周波の電気エネルギに変換するための、非線形特性を備えた構成要素(11)を有しており、
高周波の電気エネルギから符号化された信号を生成するための符号化装置(23)を有していることを特徴とする、符号化された高周波信号生成のための装置。 - 前記構成要素(11)と符号化装置(23)の間に、高周波の電気エネルギから狭帯域信号を選択するためのフィルタ(12)が設けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 符号化装置(12,23)は、少なくとも周辺パラメータに対して感応し、符号化された信号にこの周辺パラメータの種別および/またはサイズに関する情報が含まれている、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記変換器(10)は、機械的な一次エネルギ(P)を電気エネルギに変換するように構成されている、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記変換器(10)は、圧電素子として構成されるか、または例えばマグネットと電気コイルを備えた誘導装置として構成されるか、静電的電荷の生成のための装置として構成される、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記変換器(10)は、電気エネルギ中に時間的または位置的グラジエントを有する、熱的な一次エネルギ(P)の変換のために、構成されている、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記変換器(10)は、熱電素子(101)としてまたは熱電素子装置として構成されている、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記変換器(10)は、IR、可視光、またはUVに対するビーム感応形構成要素として構成されている、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記非線形特性を備えた構成要素(11)として、放電要素(13,14)が設けられている、請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記放電要素(13,14)として、スパーク区間またはガス放電管が設けられている、請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記非線形特性を備えた構成要素(11)として、半導体構成素子が設けられており、該半導体構成素子は限界電圧のもとで迅速な抵抗変化を示す、請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記構成要素(11)として、逆降伏において動作するダイオード、バラクタダイオード、アバランシェ半導体素子またはサイリスタが設けられている、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記非線形特性を備えた構成要素(11)として、リレーが設けられている、請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記リレーは、シリコンマイクロリレーまたは圧電リードを備えたリレーとして構成されている、請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ(12)として、および/または符号化装置として、電気音響変換器(110)が設けられている、請求項1〜14いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記電気音響変換器は、SW装置(110)として、またはせん断波ないし表面近傍波と共に動作する装置として構成されている、請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記SW装置(110)は、共振装置として、または遅延線として、あるいは分散もしくはタッピングされた遅延線として構成されている、請求項16記載の装置。
- 前記符号化装置(12)は、符号化された信号の障害のない伝送のために、パルス圧縮を実施するように構成されている、請求項1〜17いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ(12)として、誘電フィルタ、メカニカルフィルタ、セラミックフィルタ、同軸セラミックフィルタ、バルクオシレータ、またはLCフィルタが設けられている、請求項1〜15いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、符号化された信号の送信と、受信装置の制御/トリガのためにアンテナ(24)に結合されている、請求項1〜19いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 符号化された高周波無線信号の生成のための方法において、
プロセスまたは装置周辺から得られる非電気的一次エネルギ(P)を、摩擦効果、圧電効果、ピロ電気効果、熱電効果、光電効果、光起電力効果、動的電気効果などを用いて、低周波の電気エネルギに変換し、
前記低周波の電気エネルギを非線形特性を備えた構成要素(11)を用いて高周波の電気エネルギに変換し、
場合によって広帯域の高周波エネルギから狭帯域の高周波信号のフィルタリングを行い、
前記狭帯域の高周波信号に対してコーディングを与えることを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも1つの周辺パラメータに感応する符号化装置(23)を適用し、該符号化装置によって周辺パラメータの種別またはサイズに依存して狭帯域高周波信号の符号化が形成される、請求項21記載の方法。
- 前記周辺パラメータとして、応力、圧力、温度、ビーム、跳躍的インピーダンス変化、あるいはガス、液体、蒸気、化学物質、生体などの種別または濃度などを符号化装置に作用させ、この場合周辺パラメータに依存して狭帯域高周波信号の符号化が形成される、請求項21または22記載の方法。
- スイッチとして、無線に応答可能な電気装置および/または無線によってスイッチング可能な電気装置のためのスイッチを用いる、請求項1〜20に記載の装置に対する適用。
- 送信器毎に特定化され符号化された信号を監視装置に無線伝送させる、請求項1〜20に記載の装置に対する適用。
- ワイヤレスデータ伝送機能を備え付加的な給電なしで活動する、周辺パラメータのためのセンサを用いる、請求項1〜20に記載の装置に対する適用。
