Claims (5)
- 金属厚板の切断面に熱処理を施す切断面加熱用の誘導加熱コイルであって、
前記切断面に対向して配置され、複数の湾曲部が交互に対向して第1方向に連続して配置される蛇行形状を成す加熱導体部を有することを特徴とする誘導加熱コイル。 - 前記金属厚板の切断面は剪断処理によって切断された剪断面であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の誘導加熱コイル。
- 前記湾曲部は半円周形状を成し、隣り合い対向する前記湾曲部の中心線の頂部同士を結ぶ線分と前記第1方向とが実質的に45度の角度を成す加熱導体部を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の誘導加熱コイル。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載の誘導加熱コイルと、
前記誘導加熱コイルの一端側に接続される第1の導電板と、
前記誘導加熱コイルの他端側に接続される第2の導電板と、
前記第1の導電板及び前記第2の導電板に接続される高周波電源と、
前記誘導加熱コイルを、前記金属鋼板の加熱対象部に対して、前記第1方向に相対移動させる移動手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする誘導加熱装置。 - 請求項4記載の誘導加熱装置と、誘導加熱処理の前に前記金属厚板を剪断処理する剪断装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする部品製造装置。
