Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のオゾン発生装置は、第一電極、第二電極、少なくとも一つの放電ユニット及び誘電体を含む。前記第一電極及び前記第二電極が間隔を置いて設置される。前記少なくとも一つの放電ユニットが前記第一電極の前記第二電極と隣接する一側に設置される。前記誘電体が前記第二電極の前記第一電極と隣接する一側に、前記放電ユニットと間隔を置いて設置される。前記放電ユニットが少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブワイヤを含み、該カーボンナノチューブワイヤが前記第一電極から前記第二電極に向かう方向に沿って延伸し、少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブが該カーボンナノチューブワイヤの端部から露出している。

Claims (2)
- 第一電極、第二電極、少なくとも一つの放電ユニット及び誘電体を含むオゾン発生装置において、
前記第一電極及び前記第二電極が間隔を置いて設置され、
前記少なくとも一つの放電ユニットが前記第一電極の前記第二電極と隣接する一側に設置され、
前記誘電体が前記第二電極の前記第一電極と隣接する一側に、前記放電ユニットと間隔を置いて設置され、
前記放電ユニットが少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブワイヤを含み、
該カーボンナノチューブワイヤが前記第一電極から前記第二電極に向かう方向に沿って延伸し、
少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブが該カーボンナノチューブワイヤの端部から露出していることを特徴とするオゾン発生装置。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤの端部が間隔を置いて設置された複数の先端を有し、
各々の前記先端に、少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブが露出していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオゾン発生装置。
