Abstract
【解決手段】エタノール水溶液の濃縮方法は、リグノセルロースの酵素糖化により生成した糖の水溶液をエタノール醗酵させて得られたエタノール水溶液から、濃縮されたエタノールを得る方法であり、水分離膜23を用い、パーベーパレーション法により、該エタノール水溶液から水を分離するとともに、該エタノール水溶液の液面より上方の空間に存在するエタノール蒸気を凝縮してなる凝縮液Cを回収する。水分離膜23は、芳香族スルホン酸イオン又は脂肪族スルホン酸イオンがドープされているポリピロールからなることが好ましい。

Claims (5)
- リグノセルロースの酵素糖化により生成した糖の水溶液をエタノール醗酵させて得られたエタノール水溶液から、濃縮されたエタノールを得る方法であって、
水分離膜を用い、パーベーパレーション法により、該エタノール水溶液から水を分離するとともに、該エタノール水溶液の液面より上方の空間に存在するエタノール蒸気を凝縮してなる凝縮液を回収することを特徴とするエタノール水溶液の濃縮方法。 - 前記水分離膜は、芳香族スルホン酸イオン又は脂肪族スルホン酸イオンがドープされているポリピロールからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエタノール水溶液の濃縮方法。
- 前記凝縮液を前記エタノール水溶液に還流させることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のエタノール水溶液の濃縮方法。
- 前記エタノール水溶液を撹拌することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のエタノール水溶液の濃縮方法。
- 前記凝縮液のエタノール濃度を検出し、検出されたエタノール濃度に応じて該凝縮液を回収することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のエタノール水溶液の濃縮方法。
