Claims (8)

  1. ジカンバ−分解オキシゲナーゼをコードするDNA配列からなるDNA分子であって、
    前記ジカンバ−分解オキシゲナーゼは、
    (a)配列番号4のアミノ酸配列を有するジカンバ−分解オキシゲナーゼ、および
    (b)配列番号4のアミノ酸配列を有するオキシゲナーゼ内の1つまたは2つのアミノ酸が付加、削除、または置換されたジカンバ−分解オキシゲナーゼ、
    からなる群より選択される、DNA分子。
  2. 配列番号4のアミノ酸配列を有するジカンバ−分解オキシゲナーゼをコードするDNA配列からなる、請求項1に記載のDNA分子。
  3. 配列番号3のヌクレオチド配列からなる、請求項1に記載のDNA分子。
  4. 発現制御配列と機能可能に結合された請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のDNA分子を備えたDNA構成。
  5. 前記発現制御配列が植物のプロモータを含む請求項4に記載のDNA構成。
  6. ベクターである請求項4に記載のDNA構成。
  7. ベクターは植物の形質転換用のベクターである請求項6に記載のDNA構成。
  8. 発現制御配列と機能可能に結合された請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のDNAを備えた遺伝子導入宿主細胞であって、原核微生物、真核微生物、植物細胞、昆虫細胞および哺乳類細胞から選択される遺伝子導入宿主細胞。
