Abstract
【解決手段】拡面化せずに、平滑な表面を有する棒状または板上の弁作用金属を陽極体1として用い、陽極体の両端部を陽極部とし、陽極体の中央領域の表面に酸化皮膜からなる誘電体層を形成し、誘電体層の上に固体電解質及び、グラファイト、銀層を順次形成して陰極部14として固体電解コンデンサ200を製造する。

Description
図3は、従来の伝送線路構造を有した固体電解コンデンサの断面を示す図である。図3に示すように、弁作用金属の粉末を成型・焼結により拡面化された、前記陽極体1の表面に20Vに電圧を印加して、誘電体皮膜を形成した。その上に固体電解質3を形成し、更にその上にグラファイト層4や銀層5を形成することにより陰極層を形成し、固体電解コンデンサ素子100を得る。前記素子の陽極及び、陰極を前記陽極端子8及び、前記陰極端子10にそれぞれ接続した後、外装樹脂6により封止することにより、定格電圧が20V、静電容量が200μFの固体電解コンデンサを得た。尚、その際の前記固体電解コンデンサの寸法は、縦7.3mm、幅4.3mm、高さ1.9mmと実施例と比較して寸法的に大きい製品である。

Claims (2)
- 平滑な表面を有する面に弁作用金属を陽極体とし、端部に陽極部を有し、中央領域の棒状または板状の弁作用金属を陽極体とし、端部に陽極部を有し、中央領域の表面に酸化皮膜からなる誘電体層が形成され、前記誘電体層の上に固体電解質及び、グラファイト、銀層を順次形成した陰極部を有するコンデンサ素子又は、前記コンデンサ素子を複数、並列に接続してなるコンデンサ素子群が、平面上に形成した平板状の陽極端子及び陰極端子と前記コンデンサ素子の両端に存在する前記陽極部と前記陽極端子、及び中央領域の前記陰極部と前記陰極端子でそれぞれ接続したことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記平板状の陽極端子及び陰極端子を有する実装面からの垂直高さが0.35mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
