Abstract
【解決手段】析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金は、重量基準で、約14.0〜約16.0%のクロム、約6.0〜約7.0%のニッケル、約1.25〜約1.75%の銅、約0.5〜約2.0%のモリブデン、約0.025〜約0.05%の炭素、炭素の約20〜約25倍の量のニオブ、残部の鉄と不可避不純物を含む。この合金は時効処理したミクロ組織並びに約1100MPa以上の極限引張強さ及び約69J以上のシャルピーV−ノッチ付き強靱性を有する。時効処理されたミクロ組織はマルテンサイト及び約10%以下の逆変態オーステナイトを含み、タービン翼形部を製造するのに有用である。

Claims (20)
- 重量基準で、約14.0〜約16.0%のクロム、約6.0〜約7.0%のニッケル、約1.25〜約1.75%の銅、約0.5〜約2.0%のモリブデン、約0.025〜約0.05%の炭素、炭素の約20〜約25倍の量のニオブ、残部の鉄と不可避不純物を含む析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- モリブデンが約1.0%超約2.0%以下のモリブデンである、請求項1記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- モリブデンが約1.0%超約1.5%以下のモリブデンである、請求項1又は請求項2記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- 合金が、マルテンサイトミクロ組織を有し、約1100Mpa以上の極限引張強さ及び約69J以上のシャルピーV−ノッチ付き強靱性を有する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- 時効処理したミクロ組織が、マルテンサイト及び約10%以下の逆変態オーステナイトからなる、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- 合金がタービン翼形部を構成する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- さらに、約1.0%以下のマンガン、約1.0%以下のケイ素、約0.1%以下のバナジウム、約0.1%以下のスズ、約0.030%以下の窒素、約0.025%以下のリン、約0.005%以下のイオウ、約0.05%以下のアルミニウム、約0.005%以下の銀及び約0.005%以下の鉛を不可避不純物として含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- 重量基準で、約14.0〜約16.0%のクロム、約6.0〜約7.0%のニッケル、約1.25〜約1.75%の銅、約>1.0〜約2.0%のモリブデン、約0.025〜約0.05%の炭素、炭素の約14〜約20倍の量のニオブ、残部の鉄と不可避不純物を含む析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- モリブデンが約1.0%超約1.5%以下のモリブデンである、請求項8記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- ニオブが炭素の約16〜約20倍の量である、請求項8又は請求項9記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- 合金が、マルテンサイトミクロ組織を有し、約1100MPa以上の極限引張強さ及び約69J以上のシャルピーV−ノッチ付き強靱性を有する、請求項8乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- 時効処理したミクロ組織がマルテンサイト及び約10%以下の逆変態オーステナイトからなる、請求項8乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- 合金がタービン翼形部を構成する、請求項8乃至請求項12のいずれか1項記載の析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金。
- 析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金を製造する方法であって、
重量基準で、約14.0〜約16.0%のクロム、約6.0〜約7.0%のニッケル、約1.25〜約1.75%の銅、約0.5〜約2.0%のモリブデン、約0.025〜約0.05%の炭素、炭素の約20〜約25倍の量のニオブ、残部の鉄と不可避不純物を含む析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金のプリフォームを準備するか、又は、重量基準で、約14.0〜約16.0%のクロム、約6.0〜約7.0%のニッケル、約1.25〜約1.75%の銅、約>1.0〜約2.0%のモリブデン、約0.025〜約0.05%の炭素、炭素の約14〜約20倍の量のニオブ、残部の鉄と不可避不純物を含む析出硬化ステンレス鋼合金のプリフォームを準備し、
合金プリフォームを、合金の析出硬化をもたらすように構成された析出物を形成するのに充分な時効処理温度で時効処理し、
合金プリフォームを、本質的にマルテンサイト系のミクロ組織を含むミクロ組織を有し、約1100MPa以上の極限引張強さ及び約69J以上のシャルピーV−ノッチ付き強靱性を有する時効処理された合金の物品を形成するように充分に冷却する
ことを含んでなる、前記方法。 - 時効処理温度が約1000〜約1100°Fの範囲である、請求項14記載の方法。
- 時効処理温度が約1020〜約1070°Fの範囲である、請求項14又は請求項15記載の方法。
- 合金が、時効処理されたミクロ組織を有し、約1100Mpa以上の極限引張強さ及び約69J以上のシャルピーV−ノッチ付き強靱性を有する、請求項14乃至請求項16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 時効処理されたミクロ組織がマルテンサイト及び約10%以下の逆変態オーステナイトからなる、請求項14乃至請求項17のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 合金プリフォームがタービン翼形部プリフォームを構成する、請求項14乃至請求項18のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 物品がタービン翼形部からなる、請求項14乃至請求項19のいずれか1項記載の方法。
