つくば市水道水(24時間曝気して脱塩素処理したもの)に、ハロゲン系酸化物を含む薬剤として、スルファミン酸ナトリウム20重量%、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム7重量%をそれぞれ含有する製剤品を、全残留塩素濃度として、最初に5mg/Lとなるように添加し、その後24時間後に25mg/Lとなるように追加添加し、その24時間後に全排水した後、つくば市水道水(脱塩素処理済)に交換した。このとき、銅材を電極とした分極抵抗法による腐食速度計(ローバック・コサスコ・システムズ社製CORRATER9030Plas)、ポーラログラフ法による残留塩素濃度計(アクアス社製アクアスレジスパRIC)、及び、酸化還元電位計(東亜DKK社製マルチ水質計MM−60R)の3種類のセンサを試験水に浸漬し、出力値の経時変化を調べた。また、併せてJIS K 0101 28.2に記載のジエチル−パラ−フェニレンジアミン比色法により遊離残留塩素濃度の測定も行なった。結果を図1に示す。図1中(a)は腐食速度計による銅腐食速度測定値の推移、(b)はポーラログラフ式残留塩素濃度計による残留塩素濃度測定値の推移、(c)は酸化還元電位計による酸化還元電位(ORP)測定値の推移を、それぞれ示す。
東日本にある電気部品工場の冷却水系のうちの一つに、分極抵抗法による腐食速度計として、銅材を電極として使用したローバック・コサスコ・システムズ社製CORRATER9030Plasを設置し、水系水の腐食速度を連続的に測定し、測定結果が1.0μm/年以下になったときに薬注ポンプをオン、1.1μm/年以上になったときに薬注ポンプをオフするように薬剤注入装置を制御して、スルファミン酸ナトリウム20重量%、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム7重要%をそれぞれ含有する製剤品の、水系への注入を1ヶ月間継続した(実施例1)。
これらの結果を表1に示す。
東京近郊都市の商業ビルの冷却水系に、腐食速度計として、銅材を電極として使用したローバック・コサスコ・システムズ社製CORRATER9030Plasを設置し、その水系水の腐食速度を連続的に測定し、測定結果が0.5μm/年以下になったときに薬注ポンプをオン、1.5μm/年以上になったときに薬注ポンプをオフするように薬剤注入装置を制御して、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム12重量%を含有する製剤品の注入を2ヶ月間継続した。
Claims (4)
- 水系水にハロゲン系酸化物を含む薬剤を添加して水系のスライムを抑制するスライム抑制方法において、
前記水系水の金属に対する腐食速度が一定範囲内になるように、前記薬剤の添加量を調整することを特徴とするスライム抑制方法。 - 前記水系水の金属に対する腐食速度を電気的に測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライム抑制方法。
- 前記水系水の金属に対する腐食速度の測定方法が、分極抵抗法であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライム抑制方法。
- 前記金属が銅であり、かつ、前記一定範囲が、0.5μm/年以上でかつ1.5μm/年以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のスライム抑制方法。
