Abstract

Description
a)剛性ロッドを準備するステップ、
b)好ましくは材料除去方法によって、前記ロッドの少なくとも1つの長さ方向部分に、ロッドの自由単部から所定の距離にわたって螺旋ねじ部分を生成するステップ。特に、コアが軸方向に穿孔され、または残され、かつ/または所定の材料部分が弾性部分の長さ方向に取り除かれて、弾性部分の少なくとも1領域に非円形の断面を生成し、かつ/または,剛性部分の直径が弾性部分に対して低減されている。
(a)管状の本体を用意し、または
(b)円筒形状の本体を用意し、
(c)円筒または管形状の本体の主軸に対して同軸に延びる螺旋に沿って、金属切削により、外側から材料を除去することにより螺旋形状の凹部を形成し、
(d)円筒本体の主軸に沿ってボアホールを形成し、
(e)管状本体またはボアホールの2つの端部部分の一方に、内ねじ溝を形成し、
ここで、特に、ステップ(d)のボアホールの内径が、ステップ(c)において金属切削により形成された円筒本体の外壁における螺旋形状の凹部が径方向においてボアホールで終端するように選択され、特に、ボアホールの他端部分に内ねじ溝が形成される。
(a)円筒形状の本体を用意し、
(b)円筒形本体の2つの端部のそれぞれに、外ねじ山を有する1つの円筒突起を金属切削回転により形成し、
(c)円筒形状本体の主軸に対して同軸に延びる螺旋に沿って、金属切削により、外側から材料を除去することにより螺旋形状の凹部を形成し、
(d)円筒本体の主軸に沿ってボアホールを形成し、
効果的に、さらに以下のステップを含む。
(f)ボアホールの内側の鋭い端部を取り除くために、ボアホール形成後に、切削によって螺旋形状の凹部の逃げを仕上げ、
(g)このようにして形成された弾性部材のデバリングを行う。
(a)第1及び第2の端部を有する管状の本体を用意し、
(b)第1及び第2の端部を有する円筒形状の本体を用意し、円筒形状の本体の主軸に対して同軸にボアホールを形成し、このボアホールが円筒形状本体の少なくとも第1の端部に近接し、
(c)円筒形本体の主軸に対して同軸に延びる螺旋に沿って、ワイヤEDM、レーザ処理、またはウォータジェット処理により、凹部を切削し、
(d)金属切削回転により、ステップ(a)または(b)で用意された円筒形または管状の本体の所定の外径より小さい直径を有する円筒形突起を形成し、円筒形本体の第1の端部における円筒形突起の表面上に外ねじ山を形成する、あるいは、円筒形本体または管状本体の第1の端部に近接する部分において、ボアホールに内ねじ溝を形成し、ここで、特に、ステップ(b)で形成されたボアホールが円筒形本体の第1の端部から第2の端部まで延びる。
(a)第1および第2の端部を有する円筒形または管状の本体を用意し、
(b)金属切削回転により、ステップ(a)で用意された円筒形または管状の本体の所定の外径より小さい直径を有する円筒形突起を形成し、円筒形本体の第1および第2の端部における円筒形突起の表面上に外ねじ山を形成し、
(c)円筒形本体の主軸に対して同軸に延びる螺旋に沿って、ワイヤEDM、レーザ処理、またはウォータジェット処理により、凹部を形成し、ここで、特に、螺旋形状凹部の2つの逃げ部が4分の1円の形状で設けられている。
Claims (22)
- 少なくとも1つの生体適合材料で形成され、1つ以上の第1機能を実現するための形状を有する、人間または動物の体内に一時的または恒久的に挿入されるインプラントであって、
前記形状は1つ以上の領域(1,18)を有し、該領域には、弾性または可動性が第2機能として与えられ、前記インプラントは、前記領域に、局所的に剛性を低減させ、前記第1機能により生じた前記形状に加えて設けられた材料凹部(7,19)を有することを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1に記載のインプラントであって、
前記インプラントまたは第1及び第2機能を備える領域を有する少なくともその部品が1つの材料から一体形成されることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 少なくとも1つの生体適合材料で形成され、1つ以上の第1機能と、少なくとも1領域において弾性または可動性に関する第2機能とを実現するための形状を有する、人間または動物の体内に一時的または恒久的に挿入されるインプラントであって、
前記インプラント、または弾性もしくは移動機能(第2機能)を備える領域と備えない領域とを有する少なくともその部品が、1つの材料から一体形成され、第2機能の領域(1,18)が、剛性を局所的に低減するための材料凹部(7,19)を有することを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記領域において、前記弾性または移動機能(第2機能)は、1つ以上の第1機能に加えて提供されることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記領域には、他の機能領域と特に一体的に接続された、圧縮または伸張ゾーン、ねじれゾーン、及び/または連接接合部としての材料凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記生体適合材料は、剛性の、特に意図される使用条件において、屈曲に対して剛性の材料であることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記生体適合材料は、チタン及びその合金、ならびにプラスチックを含むグループから選択されることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記材料凹部(7,19)は、特に螺旋形状の、溝のような凹部及び/または壁の開放開口として形成されることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
2つの材料凹部が、互いの内側に螺旋状に配置された2重トラックを形成する、溝のような凹部及び/または開放開口として形成されることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記インプラントは、可撓性材料、特にエラストマのインプラント部品を含み、該インプラント部品は、材料凹部を有するインプラント部品とともに作用して、インプラント全体の決定的な剛性または可動性が設定できるように可撓性を実現することを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記インプラントは、スペース保持及び重量移動の機能を第1機能として有する、椎骨及び/または椎間板のスペースホルダ(10)、及び/または支持及び接続機能を第1機能として有する茎ねじ構造のための接続ロッド(20)であり、特に、スペースホルダと茎ねじ接続のシステムが提供されることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記インプラントは管状の本体(1)を有し、該管状の本体の両端部に、隣接する身体部分、他のインプラント、またはインプラント部品に接続するための手段(2)を有し、前記管状の本体に材料凹部が設けられることにより、前記インプラントは、軸方向に圧縮及び伸張可能であり、かつ、前記端部に設けられた接続手段(2)に関し、径方向の回転軸(13)を中心に屈曲可能であり、軸方向の回転軸を中心にねじれ可能であることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項12に記載のインプラントであって、
前記管状の本体(1)は、弾性生体適合材料で構成されるスリーブにより周囲を囲まれ、かつ/または弾性生体適合材料で構成されるコアが設けられることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項13に記載のインプラントであって、
前記スリーブ及び/または前記コアは、特にねじまたはねじ山による接続により、前記管状の本体に対して一体的及び/または着脱可能に設けられた端部プレートによって保持されることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項13または14に記載のインプラントであって、
前記弾性材料はエラストマであることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記インプラントと、特に前記管状の本体は、その長さ方向に関し、0.5%から20%、特に1%から15%だけ弾性により伸縮可能であることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記インプラントと、特に前記管状の本体(1)は、径方向軸(3)を中心に弾性により屈曲可能であり、これにより、端部に設けられた接続手段(2)は、前記管状本体の長さ方向軸(12)からおよそ0.5から10°、特に1から6°だけ回動可能であることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - 請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントであって、
前記インプラントと、特に前記管状の本体は、軸方向の軸を中心に、0.5から10°、特に1から6°だけねじれ可能であることを特徴とする、インプラント。 - インプラントを生体適合材料より、特に前記請求項のいずれか1項にしたがって、軸の周囲に壁を有する本体から製造する方法であって、
前記軸の周囲に設けられた壁に沿って、少なくとも1つの材料凹部、特に螺旋形の材料凹部が、機械的、化学的、または他の任意の方法、特にレーザ処理により、溝のようなまたはスロットのような形状に切削されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項19に記載の方法であって、
2つの材料凹部が、前記軸と同軸上に、互いの内側に螺旋状に二重トラックとして配置されるように、溝またはスロット形状の凹部として切削されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項19または20に記載の方法であって、
前記本体は中実体、特に中実の円筒であり、該中実の本体に、前記材料凹部の切削前または切削後に、前記軸に沿ってボアホールを導入して中空体を生成し、特に、残った壁が前記溝形状の凹部の深さより狭いことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項19または20に記載の方法であって、
前記本体は、パイプまたはビーカ形状であることを特徴とする、方法。
