【解決手段】25℃で測定して少なくとも500Pa・sの粘度を有するオルガノポリシロキサン組成物(A)の連続的な製造法であり、その際、オルガノポリシロキサン(O)および充填剤(F)を、第一の方法工程において、それぞれ2個の軸平行な、同旋駆動可能または逆旋駆動可能な混練工具を有し、かつ該混練工具の軸に対して横方向に通過可能な開口部が互いに結合されている、一列に並んで配置された少なくとも2個の混練室を備えた混練カスケード中で混合し、かつ混練して粗製混合物を得、かつ該粗製混合物を第二の方法工程において、搬出スクリューを備えた連続的に駆動されるダブルトラフ混練機中で100℃〜250℃にて混練し、かつ脱ガスする方法によって解決される。

基R1は、−H、−OH、−OR、その際、RはC1〜C10−炭化水素基を表す、ならびに場合によりハロゲン置換基またはシアノ置換基、場合により2価の有機基によりケイ素に結合し、少なくとも1つの脂肪族炭素−炭素多重結合を含むC1〜C10−炭化水素基から選択される、同じまたは異なる1価のSi結合基であり、
基R2は、同じまたは異なる1価のSi結合した、場合によりハロゲン置換またはシアノ置換された、脂肪族炭素−炭素多重結合を含まないC1〜C10−炭化水素基であり、
aは、0〜1の負でない数であり、かつ
bは、1〜2.1の負でない数である]
に相当する。

pは、0または1の値、殊に0の値を意味し、
qは、1〜4の値、殊に1または2の値を意味し、かつ
rは、1〜20の値、殊に1〜5値の値を意味する]の単位から成る。一般式(2)のオキシアルキレン単位は、左側でケイ素原子に結合されている。
(ViMe2SiO1/2)c(ViMeSiO)d(Me2SiO)e(Me3SiO1/2)f (3)、
[式中、Viはビニル基を意味し、かつMeはメチル基を意味し、負でない整数c、d、eおよびfは以下の関係を満たす:c+d≧1、c+f=2、1000<(d+e)<9000、好ましくは3000<(d+e)<7000、および0<(d+1)/(d+e)<1、好ましくは0<(d+1)/(d+e)<0.1]に相当する、ビニル基を含有するポリジメチルシロキサンの使用である。
25℃の温度および0.81 1/secの剪断速度で約20000Pa.sの粘度を有し、かつ1H−NMRスペクトルに従って以下の数平均組成:
Vi−Si(Me)2−[OSi(Me)2]m−[OSiMeVi]n−OSi(Me)2−Vi
[式中、Meはメチル基を表し、かつViはビニル基を表し、n+mは約600であり、かつm/nは約3000である]を有する、HTV固体ポリマー100質量部
構造改善剤:
29Si−NMRスペクトルに従って以下の数平均組成:
HO−Si(Me)2−[OSi(Me)2]m−OSi(Me)2−OH、
[式中、mは約14であり、かつ25℃の温度で測定された粘度が41mm2/sである]を有する、構造改善剤2−16.7質量部
ケイ酸:
Wacker HDK(R)T30の名称で得られる、BETにより測定された300m2/gの比表面積を有する熱分解法により製造されたケイ酸40〜50質量部
実施例1:本発明による方法
本方法を図1を手がかりにして記載する:
第一のステップにおいて、IKA Maschinenbau Janke & Kunkel GmbH & Co.KG(Staufen在)のConterna(R)混練カスケード(3)を使用した。混練カスケード(3)は体積10lにつき6個の室を有していた。全体の流量は約200kg/hであった。
a)−ジクミルペルオキシド(架橋剤1)0.7%を用いて165℃にて15分間または
b)−ジ(2,4−)ジクロロベンゾイル)ペルオキシド(50%)(架橋剤2)1.5%を用いて135℃にて10分間
加熱プレスにおいてプレート間で加硫した。加硫物を、引き続き空気循環庫内で200℃にて4h温度処理し、その後、これらの加硫物の外観、つまり変色の度合いを評価した。
実施例1のようにConterna(R)混練カスケード(3)から取り出された粗製混合物15kg/hを、中間貯蔵なしに型式LR 100/19Dの"Buss Compounding Systems AG"社の混練機に供給した。
Claims (8)
- 25℃で測定して少なくとも500Pa・sの粘度を有するオルガノポリシロキサン組成物(A)の連続的な製造法であって、その際、オルガノポリシロキサン(O)および充填剤(F)を、第一の方法工程において、それぞれ2個の軸平行な、同旋駆動可能または逆旋駆動可能な混練工具を含み、かつ前記混練工具の軸に対して横方向に通過可能な開口部が互いに結合されている、一列に並んで配置された少なくとも2個の混練室を備えた混練カスケード中で混合し、かつ混練して粗製混合物を得、その際、第一の混練室は供給開口部を有し、かつ最後の混練室は搬出開口部を有し、かつ前記粗製混合物を、第二の方法工程において、搬出スクリューを備えた連続的に駆動されるダブルトラフ混練機中で100℃〜250℃にて混練し、かつ脱ガスする、25℃で測定して少なくとも500Pa・sの粘度を有するオルガノポリシロキサン組成物(A)の連続的な製造法。
- 前記混練カスケードが3個〜10個の混練室から成る、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ダブルトラフ混練機中でのオルガノポリシロキサン組成物(A)の平均滞留時間が30分〜3時間である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記ダブルトラフ混練機の充填度を40〜60%にて一定に保つ、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノポリシロキサン組成物(A)の充填剤含量が5〜80質量%である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤(F)として少なくとも50m2/gのBET比表面積を有するケイ酸を使用する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノポリシロキサン(O)として、分子が一般式(3)
(ViMe2SiO1/2)c(ViMeSiO)d(Me2SiO)e(Me3SiO1/2)f (3)、
[式中、Viはビニル基を意味し、かつMeはメチル基を意味し、負でない整数c、d、eおよびfは以下の関係を満たす:c+d≧1、c+f=2、1000<(d+e)<9000、好ましくは3000<(d+e)<7000、および0<(d+1)/(d+e)<1、好ましくは0<(d+1)/(d+e)<0.1]に相当するポリジメチルシロキサンを使用する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記構造改善剤(S)として、25℃で測定して10〜200mPa・sの粘度を有するオルガノポリシロキサンを添加する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
