Abstract
【解決手段】a)PVC管状内層2を実現し、b)該管状内層2の外表面上に、トリコットタイプの鎖編み目から成る鎖編みタイプの強化材3の単層を形成し、c)強化材層3上にPVCの外層6を重ね合わせるステップから成り、該編み目の行4および列5がそれぞれの縦方向ピッチと傾斜角とを有するらせんであり、これらの傾斜角が縦方向軸Yに関して互いに相対している方法において、編み目の列5の縦方向ピッチが内層2の外径の2乗に比例し、また、編み目の行4および列5が、異なった傾斜角を有し、内層2の外形の全ての値において、これらの傾斜角の和が一定で、90°に等しいかまたはこれよりもわずかに小さく、編み目のらせん状のスレッドを解くことにより生じる回転に効果的に対照する方式で、ホースの内部圧力により生じるトルクを排除する。

この式で、パラメータKは材料と使用する計測単位とに依存する。
PVCの場合、すべてのパラメータをmm単位で表すと、式(1)の定数Kは一般に0.35〜0.50mm-1の範囲にあり、好ましくは、大体0.45mm-1に等しい。
さらに、ホースの単位長さあたりの編み目の列の数Nrは実質的に直接に外径φoに比例する。
Claims (2)
- 強化フレキシブルPVCホースを製造する方法であって、
a)12.5mmから37mmの範囲の外径(φo)および縦方向軸(Y)を有する少なくともひとつのPVC管状内層(2)を実現し、
b)少なくともひとつの該管状内層(2)の外表面上に、トリコットタイプの鎖編み目から成る鎖編みタイプの強化材(3)の管状の単層を該内層と同軸上に形成し、該鎖編みタイプの強化材(3)が、縦方向の単位長さあたりの編み目数(Nm)を有する、実質的に平行な編み目の行(4)と、縦方向の単位長さあたりの編み目数(Nr)を有する、実質的に平行な編み目の列(5)とを有し、
c)強化材層(3)上にPVCの外層(6)を該強化材層の保護の為に重ね合わせる、
ステップから成り、
該編み目の行(4)および該編み目の列(5)がそれぞれの縦方向ピッチ(Pm、Pr)と傾斜角(α、β)とを有する実質的ならせんであり、これらの傾斜角が縦方向軸(Y)に関して互いに相対している、

下記の式に基づいて、該編み目の列(5)の縦方向ピッチ(Pr)が該内層(2)の外径(φo)の2乗に実質的に比例し:

ここで、Kは0.35〜0.50mm-1の範囲にあり、
また、実質的にらせん状の編み目の該行(4)および該列(5)が、異なった傾斜角(α、β)を有し、該内層(2)の外径(φo)の全ての値において、これらの傾斜角の和が実質的に一定で、90°に等しいかまたはこれよりもわずかに小さく、
