Abstract

Claims (8)
- 末端側の端部、基端側の端部、及び前記両端部間に延在する通路を有する雌型のルアー取付具と、
前記雌型のルアー取付具内に配置された通気機構と、
前記通気機構内に配置された流体ダイバーターと、
を有する、ルアーが統合された空気通気システムを備える第1の脈管アクセス器具を備え、
前記通気機構は、前記脈管アクセス器具と周囲の大気とを連絡しており、
前記通気機構が前記脈管アクセス器具から前記周囲の大気への前記通気機構を介しての空気の流出を可能とし、且つ、前記通気機構が前記脈管アクセス器具から前記周囲の大気への前記通気機構を介しての流体の流出を妨げることを特徴とする医療器具。 - 前記通気機構は、さらに通気プラグを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記通気プラグは、末端側の端部、基端側の端部、前記両端部間に延在する通路、及び前記末端側の端部に少なくとも1つの突出部を有する筒をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療器具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記突出部の内面にくぼみをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記通気機構は、多孔質で疎水性の材料を備えるか、又は前記通気機構は、疎水性の表面を備える多孔質材料を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記流体ダイバーターは、流体が前記流体ダイバーターを過ぎて流れることができない基端側の通気位置から、流体が前記流体ダイバーターの周りで前記通路を介して流れることができる末端側のロック位置まで、前記通気機構内で可動であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記流体ダイバーターは、さらにディスクを構成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- さらに雄型のルアー取付具を有している第2の脈管アクセス器具を備え、
前記雌型のルアー取付具は、前記第1及び第2の脈管アクセス器具を接続すべく前記雄型のルアー取付具に連結され、且つ、前記通気機構は、前記雌型のルアー取付具と前記雄型のルアー取付具との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療器具。
