Abstract
【解決手段】複数のモータ制御ユニット(MCU)18と、複数のMCU18との間で通信ネットワーク16を介してデータ信号を送受信するよう構成されたMCUコントローラ12とを含む。複数のMCU18のそれぞれは、開位置と閉位置との間で動作可能な電気的接点を有する電磁接触器22と、ローカル制御モジュール30とを含み、ローカル制御モジュール30は、関連付けられた電磁接触器22、並びにMCUコントローラ12と作用的に接続され、電気的接点の状態を監視することと、監視された状態の情報をMCUコントローラ12へ送信することと、MCUコントローラ12から受信したデータ信号に基づいて、関連付けられた電磁接触器22を作動させることを行うように構成する。

Claims (10)
- 通信ネットワーク(16)とインタフェースするよう構成されたモータ制御センター通信システム(100)であって、
複数のモータ制御ユニット(MCU)(18)と、
前記複数のMCU(18)との間で前記通信ネットワーク(16)を介してデータ信号を送受信するよう構成されたMCUコントローラ(12)とを備え、
前記複数のMCU(18)のそれぞれが、
開位置と閉位置との間で動作可能な電気的接点を有する電磁接触器(22)と、
前記関連付けられた電磁接触器(22)と、前記MCUコントローラ(12)とに作用的に接続され、前記電気的接点の状態を監視することと、前記監視された状態の情報を前記MCUコントローラ(12)へ送信することと、前記MCUコントローラ(12)から受信したデータ信号に基づいて、前記関連付けられた電磁接触器(22)を作動させることを行うよう構成されたローカル制御モジュール(30)とを備える、モータ制御センター通信システム(100)。 - 前記MCUコントローラ(12)が、前記関連付けられた電磁接触器(22)の前記状態情報を要求するデータ信号を前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)へ送信し、受信した前記状態情報に基づいて、前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)へ命令を送信し、
前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)が、前記MCUコントローラ(12)から受信した前記命令に基づいて、前記関連付けられた電磁接触器(22)を作動させる、請求項1に記載のモータ制御センター通信システム(100)。 - 前記MCU(18)が更に、遠隔モータ起動リレー(RSTART)及び遠隔モータ停止リレー(RSTOP)を備え、
前記遠隔モータ起動リレー(RSTART)及び前記遠隔モータ停止リレー(RSTOP)が、前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)の外部にあって、前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)の出力に基づいて、モータ(72)を起動又は停止するよう作動するように構成された、請求項1または2に記載のモータ制御センター通信システム(100)。 - 前記MCUコントローラ(12)が、
コマンドを受け取るように構成された少なくとも1つの入力装置(32)と、
前記通信ネットワーク(16)を介して、前記コマンドを前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)へ送信する通信ポート(42)と、
前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)の状態を示す少なくとも1つの状態インジケータ(34)とを備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のモータ制御センター通信システム(100)。 - 前記MCUコントローラ(12)が更に、前記MCUコントローラ(12)の通信アドレスを設定するよう構成されたアドレス設定装置(40)を備える、請求項4に記載のモータ制御センター通信システム(100)。
- コンピュータを介して、前記MCUコントローラ(12)の通信アドレスを選択可能な、請求項4に記載のモータ制御センター通信システム(100)。
- 前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)が、前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)を別のローカル制御モジュール(30)と前記MCUコントローラ(12)とに作用的に接続するよう構成された通信ポート(47)を備え、
前記通信ポート(47)が、前記MCUコントローラ(12)との間でデータ信号の送受信を行う、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のモータ制御センター通信システム(100)。 - 前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)が、前記MCUコントローラ(12)から受信したデータ信号に基づいて、前記関連付けられた電磁接触器(22)上の電圧を測定し、前記測定結果を前記MCUコントローラ(12)へ送信する、請求項7に記載のモータ制御センター通信システム(100)。
- 前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)が更に、前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)の通信アドレスを設定するよう構成されたアドレス設定装置(48)を備える、請求項7に記載のモータ制御センター通信システム(100)。
- 各MCU(18)に対応する前記ローカル制御モジュール(30)が、デイジーチェーン構成で相互接続されている、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のモータ制御センター通信システム(100)。
