Abstract
【解決手段】向流方式エマルションフロー連続液液抽出装置は、水相を噴出させる第1ヘッド部、該第1ヘッド部と対抗して配置された、抽出溶媒相を噴出させる第2ヘッド部、エマルションフローが発生するカラム部、カラム部の上方に設置された上方相分離部、及び下方に設置された下方相分離部から成る装置本体と、送液ポンプとから構成される。水相の流れと抽出溶媒相の流れを向かい合わせる向流方式を適用することで、課題が解決される。

Claims (5)
- 水相、抽出溶媒相の少なくとも一方を微細化した液滴として噴出させる手段を備え、2液相が混合して乳濁した状態での流れ(エマルションフロー)を発生させることを特徴とする向流方式の連続液液抽出装置。
- 水相を噴出させる第1ヘッド部、該第1ヘッド部と対抗して配置された、抽出溶媒相を噴出させる第2ヘッド部、前記エマルションフローが発生するカラム部、カラム部の上方に設置された上方相分離部、及び下方に設置された下方相分離部から成る装置本体と、送液ポンプとから構成される向流方式エマルションフロー連続液液抽出装置。
- 請求項1及び2記載の装置において、前記上方相分離部及び下方相分離部が、エマルションフローが通過する部分の急激な体積増加に伴うエマルションフローの流速減少と乱れにより、エマルションの状態から速やかに水相と抽出溶媒相に相分離するように、その横断面積が広がっていることを特徴とする向流方式エマルションフロー連続液液抽出装置。
- 請求項3記載の装置において、前記上方相分離部及び下方相分離部が、前記カラム部に挿入された、前記カラム部より体積の小さな、口の窄まった容器であることを特徴とする向流方式エマルションフロー連続液液抽出装置。
- 請求項1乃至4記載の装置において、向流方式によるエマルションフローの発生に基づく液液抽出及びエマルションフローの消滅による相分離を1つの装置内で同時進行させることを特徴とする向流方式マルションフロー連続液液抽出装置。
