Abstract
【解決手段】フィードゾーンZF、コンプレッションゾーンZC及びメタリングゾーンZMを有する原料M可塑化用のスクリュ2が、フィードゾーンZF、コンプレッションゾーンZC及びメタリングゾーンZMに連続して螺旋状に形成され加熱筒8の内孔の内径より僅か小さい外径を有する主フライト3と、主フライト3のフィードゾーンZFとメタリングゾーンZMとの間の任意の区間における主フライト3の前面20と後面21との間に一又は複数形成され主フライト3の外径より小さい外径を有する副フライト4と、副フライトが接続される主フライトの前面部分20aから前方近傍の主フライト3に設けた通気部5とを備える。

Claims (5)
- フィードゾーン、コンプレッションゾーン及びメタリングゾーンを有する原料可塑化用のスクリュであって、
前記フィードゾーン、コンプレッションゾーン及びメタリングゾーンに連続して螺旋状に形成され前記スクリュを嵌挿する加熱筒の内孔の内径より僅か小さい外径を有する主フライトと、前記主フライトのフィードゾーンとメタリングゾーンとの間の任意の区間における前記主フライトの前面と後面との間に一又は複数形成され前記主フライトの外径より小さい外径を有する副フライトと、前記副フライトが接続される前記主フライトの前面部分から前方近傍の前記主フライトに設けた通気部とを備えることを特徴とするスクリュ。 - 前記主フライトにおける前記副フライトの後面に対向する区間には、副フライトの外径以上であって前記主フライトにおける前記区間以外の外径より小さい小径部が形成される請求項1に記載のスクリュ。
- 前記加熱筒の内部を強制排気可能に構成した請求項1又は2に記載のスクリュを備えた可塑化装置。
- 前記加熱筒へ供給する原料を制限制御する原料調節手段を備えた請求項1又は2に記載のスクリュを備えた可塑化装置。
- 請求項3又は4に記載の可塑化装置を用いた可塑化方法であって、
前記可塑化装置で設定可能な最大回転速度の50%以上の回転速度で前記スクリュを回転駆動するとともに、スクリュ背圧力を溶融材料の圧力において0〜5MPaの範囲で制御することを特徴とする可塑化方法。
