Claims (4)
- 加熱筒の内孔に回転自在に嵌挿され原料を可塑化するスクリュが設けられた可塑化装置において、
前記原料の入口側である後方から前方へ順に第1フィードゾーン、第1コンプレッションゾーン、第1メータリングゾーンをフライト高さが順次低くなるように形成し、前記第1メータリングゾーンの前方に隣接するデコンプレッションゾーンはフライト高さが前記第1メータリングゾーンのフライト高さよりも高くなるように形成し、さらに、前記デコンプレッションゾーンから前方へ順に第2フィードゾーン、第2コンプレッションゾーン、第2メータリングゾーンをフライト高さが順次低くなるように形成し外周径が前記加熱筒の内孔の内径より僅か小さい主フライトが設けられるとともに、前記第1フィードゾーンの中間から前記第2フィードゾーンの中間まで、ピッチと外周径が前記主フライトのものと同一の副フライトが設けられたスクリュが、ベント口を備えない加熱筒の内孔に設けられたことを特徴とする可塑化装置。 - 前記主フライトと前記副フライトとの前記主フライトピッチの前方側における距離は、前記主フライトピッチ距離の10〜50%であるスクリュが設けられた請求項1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の可塑化装置を用いて原料を可塑化する可塑化方法であって、
前記スクリュの主フライトと前記副フライトとにより前記主フライトピッチの前方側に形成される溝にガスや水分が流通可能な程度に原料の供給量を制限して原料を可塑化する可塑化方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の可塑化装置を用いて原料を可塑化する可塑化方法であって、
前記加熱筒内を減圧雰囲気として原料を可塑化する可塑化方法。
