Abstract
【解決手段】互いにスライド可能な外筒シャフト2と内筒シャフト3から構成されたカテーテルシャフト1と、外筒シャフト2の先端部4と内筒シャフト3の先端部5近傍との間に設けられたバルーン6と、外筒シャフト2と内筒シャフト3との間に形成されバルーン6の内部に通じる送液路と、バルーン6の内部に設けられバルーン6の内部を加熱するために高周波が通電されるコイル状電極7とを備え、バルーン6近傍のカテーテルシャフト1上に心内電位を検出する心内電位検出用電極15aを設けた。

Claims (11)
- 拡張した僧帽弁輪に隣接する左心房壁とその周囲組織を、左心房側と冠状静脈洞より焼灼して瘢痕収縮させることにより、僧帽弁輪を縮小して僧帽弁閉鎖不全を治療するために用いられることを特徴とする高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 互いにスライド可能な外筒シャフトと内筒シャフトから構成されたカテーテルシャフトと、前記外筒シャフトの先端部と前記内筒シャフトの先端部近傍との間に設けられたバルーンと、前記外筒シャフトと前記内筒シャフトとの間に形成され前記バルーンの内部に通じる送液路と、前記バルーンの内部に設けられ前記バルーンの内部を加熱するために高周波が通電される高周波通電用電極と、振動波を発生させる振動波発生装置と、前記バルーン内の中心温度を検出する温度センサーと、前記高周波通電用電極に高周波電力を供給する高周波発生器とを備え、前記バルーン近傍の前記カテーテルシャフト上に設けられた心内電位を検出する心内電位検出用電極と、前記心内電位検出用電極により検出された心内電位を記録する心内電位記録計とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記振動波発生装置は、前記送液路への振動波の伝導と遮断とを切替える振動波伝導切替えスイッチを備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記高周波発生器は、前記バルーン内の中心温度を設定値に保つように構成されるとともに前記バルーンと生体組織の接触面が減少し高周波電力の出力が大きく上昇するときに前記バルーン内の中心温度の設定値を下げるフィードバック回路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記高周波発生器は、高周波電力の出力を最高にしても前記バルーン内の中心温度が60℃に達しないときに高周波電力の供給を停止させるリレー回路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記心内電位記録計は、心室電位が心房電位よりも高いときに警報音を発し或いは前記高周波通電用電極への高周波電力の供給を停止させる安全装置を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記心内電位検出用電極は、レントゲン不透過性の材料から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンは、略球状或いは紡錘形状に形成され中央部の膜厚が20〜50μm、基部の膜圧が50μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記心内電位検出用電極は、鉄製であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 先端部に心内電位検出用電極を備えるとともに自在に屈曲可能に構成されたガイドシースを備え、前記カテーテルシャフトと前記バルーンは、前記ガイドシースの内部へ押入可能に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波加温バルーンカテーテル。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の高周波加温カテーテルを用いることを特徴とする僧帽弁閉鎖不全の治療方法。
