Abstract
【解決手段】電池ケース2の一端開口を封止するとともに一方の電極をなす導電体からなる封口板8と、この封口板に設けた透孔10内に位置し、両端に外方へ広がる鍔部17、18を形成して電池ケースの内外に亙って延在させた中空筒状の導電体からなる他方の電極端子12と、この電極端子の鍔部および中空筒状部14の外周面を覆うとともに前記封口板の透孔の周縁部を包んで前記封口板および電極端子と一体に成形した合成樹脂製の絶縁部材15とからなり、前記中空筒状の電極端子の中空部を薄膜部25で閉塞したことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 電池ケースの一端開口を封止するとともに一方の電極をなす導電体からなる封口板と、この封口板に設けた透孔内に位置し、両端に外方へ広がる鍔部を形成して電池ケースの内外に亙って延在させた中空筒状の導電体からなる他方の電極端子と、この電極端子の鍔部および中空筒状部の外周面を覆うとともに前記封口板の透孔の周縁部を包んで前記封口板および電極端子と一体に成形した合成樹脂製の絶縁部材とからなり、前記中空筒状の電極端子の中空部を薄膜部で閉塞したことを特徴とする密閉型電池。
- 封口板および電極端子を絶縁部材とともに一体に成形する際に、中空筒状の電極端子の中空部を絶縁部材による薄膜部で閉塞したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の密閉型電池。
- 薄膜部を電極端子と同材質で一体に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の密閉型電池。
- 電極端子の電池ケース内側の鍔部に中空筒状部の内径より大なる拡開部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の密閉型電池。
- 電極端子の電池ケース外側の鍔部表面から凹陥する中空筒状部位に薄膜部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の密閉型電池。
