・評価方法
業務用食器洗浄機〔三洋電機(株)製 SANYO DR53〕の洗浄槽(38L)に牛乳40g、菜種油20g、食器洗浄機用液体洗浄剤組成物57gを投入して、50℃の温水で溶解させた。50℃の洗浄液にて1分間洗浄した後、リンス剤を用いることなく80℃の濯ぎ水にて8秒間濯ぎ、直後の洗浄機内の泡の立ち方を、以下に示した判定基準にて抑泡性を評価した。
◎;泡が殆ど観察されない
○;薄い泡があるが直ぐ消える
△;厚みのある泡が立つが洗浄機から溢れることはない。
×;厚みのある泡が立って、洗浄機から溢れる。
