Abstract
【解決手段】外科用具用の変換ユニット18であって、ある方向に延在する長軸を具えた前部ドライバー14と反対方向に延在するスタッド30とを有している。電気機械変換要素がスタッド周りに配置されている。変換ユニットはまた電気機械変換要素について前部ドライバーとは反対側においてスタッド周りに配置された後部ドライバーを有しており、電気機械変換要素は前後のドライバー間にクランプされている。後部ドライバーから離間した点において減衰体がスタッドに固定連結されており、スタッドは可撓性振動減衰要素として機能する長さと厚さとを有している。

Claims (9)
- 変換ユニットとケースとを有してなり、変換ユニットは長軸を具えた前部ドライバーを有しており、長軸は屈曲部において屈曲して互いに角度をなして延在する第1の部分と第2の部分とを形成しており、ケースは第1の実質的に剛性のケース体と、第2の実質的に剛性のケース体と可撓性の結合体とを有しており、第1のケース体は長軸の第1の部分の周りに設けられており、第2のケース体は長軸の第2の部分の周りに設けられており、結合体は屈曲部において長軸の周りに設けられており、結合体は一側では第1のケース体に反対側では第2のケース体に連結されていることを特徴とする超音波外科用具用ハンドピース。
- スプラインリングが第2のケース体と長軸の第2の部分との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハンドピース。
- 長軸の第2の部分には拡大した増幅体が設けられており、スプラインリングが該増幅体と係合していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハンドピース。
- 第1のケース体には鉤(またはポート)要素と脱気孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハンドピース。
- 脱気孔の結合体と反対の側が鉤要素から離間して、第1のケース体に対して鉤要素と同じ側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハンドピース。
- 前部ドライバーがスタッドを有しており、該スタッドが長軸とは反対の方向に突出し、かつ減衰体に固定連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハンドピース。
- 変換ユニットが電磁変換要素を有しており、スタッドが電気機械変換要素の前面から充分な距離だけ延在していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のハンドピース。
- 減衰体が第1のケース体への端部キャップとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のハンドピース。
- 外ネジ付き自由端を具えた後方延在スタッドを有した前部ドライバーを用意し、減衰体中にネジ付き対向孔を形成して該孔の内ネジが対向孔の底から所定の距離で終るようにし、スタッドのネジ付き自由端の底まで減衰体をネジ込み、スタッドの自由端と対向孔端部が会合するまで減衰体を追加回転させることを特徴とする超音波医療装置用変換器の製造方法。
