Abstract
【解決手段】排気管11の途中に装備した排気浄化触媒の上流にバーナ16を設け、該バーナ16にターボチャージャ2のコンプレッサ2aの下流から吸気4の一部を抜き出して燃焼用空気として導き得るようにした排気浄化装置の制御方法に関し、バーナ16の利用時に該バーナ16への燃焼用空気の抜き取り量を求め、その抜き取り量に応じてパティキュレートの増加を抑制し得るよう排気ガス9の再循環量を絞り且つ前記ターボチャージャ2のタービン2bのノズルベーン開度を絞ることにより吸気量を増加すると共に、ディーゼルエンジン1への吸気4の減少分に見合う出力低下を補填し得るようディーゼルエンジン1へのメイン噴射量を増加する。

Claims (3)
- 排気管の途中に装備した排気浄化触媒の上流にバーナを設け、該バーナにターボチャージャのコンプレッサの下流から吸気の一部を抜き出して燃焼用空気として導き得るようにした排気浄化装置の制御方法であって、バーナの利用時に該バーナ側で必要な燃焼用空気の抜き取り量を確保し得る過給圧が得られ且つその抜き取り量分を抜き出した状態でもエンジン側でパティキュレートの増加を抑制し得る吸気量が得られるようEGRラインにおける排気ガスの再循環量の絞り込みと前記ターボチャージャのタービンのノズルベーン開度の絞り込みを実行すると共に、エンジンへの吸気の減少分に見合う出力低下を補填し得るようエンジンへのメイン噴射量を増加することを特徴とする排気浄化装置の制御方法。
- 排気ガスの再循環量を絞ることに対応してメイン噴射タイミングを遅延し且つ燃料噴射圧を下げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置の制御方法。
- バーナの利用中に排気ブレーキが併用された時に、バーナの目標加熱温度を下げることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気浄化装置の制御方法。
