Description
式1:Rf(CH2)aOH
ここで、式1において、Rfは1〜約20の炭素原子のペルフルオロカーボンであり、aは0〜6である。
式2:Rf(CH2)aOR1
ここで、式2において、Rfは1〜約20の炭素原子のペルフルオロカーボンであり、aは0〜6であり、R1は約1〜約20の炭素原子の直鎖または分枝、置換または非置換、飽和または不飽和炭化水素基である。
式3:R3aC(O)OR3b
ここで、式3において、R3aは独立してH2、約1〜約20の炭素原子の直鎖または分枝、鎖状または環状、飽和または不飽和炭化水素基であり、R3bは約1〜約20の炭素原子の直鎖または分枝、鎖状または環状、飽和または不飽和炭化水素基であり、ここで、R3aおよびR3bの少なくとも1つ中の少なくとも1つの水素原子は少なくとも1つのフッ素原子で置換される。

式において、R4は独立して、1つもしくは複数の水素原子または、直鎖または分枝、鎖状または環状、飽和または不飽和であり、1〜約50、または2〜約25、または3〜約20、または4〜約15の炭素原子などの任意の数の炭素原子を有することができる炭化水素である。

RfCH2CH2OH(フルオロアルコール)+OCNR5NCO(ポリイソシアネート)→RfCH2CH2OC(O)NHR5NHC(O)OCH2CH2Rf(ポリウレタン)
式6:
コーティング組成物は、重量比約40:60のフルオロアルコールのゾニル(登録商標)BAおよびイソシアネートのBL3475(登録商標)を用い、約1%のトルエンスルホン酸触媒を用い、約10〜15体積%の総固体量で、メチルエチルケトン中で配合させた。コーティングをデュポン カプトン(登録商標)ポリイミドベースフィルムに、約10〜15μmのギャップ高さを有するバーコーティングブロックを用いて適用した。硬化フィルムを評価すると約1〜2μmであった。硬化は最初に約90〜100℃で約10分間、その後、130〜140℃まで上昇させ、さらに30分間実施した。
コーティング組成物は、重量比約35:65のフルオロアルコールのゾニル(登録商標)BAおよびメラミンのサイメル(Cymel、登録商標)303を用い、約1%のトルエンスルホン酸触媒を用い、約10〜15体積%の総固体量で、メチルエチルケトン中で配合させた。コーティングをデュポン カプトン(登録商標)ポリイミドベースフィルムに、約10〜15μmのギャップ高さを有するバーコーティングブロックを用いて適用した。硬化フィルムを評価すると約1〜2μmであった。硬化は最初に約90〜100℃で約10分間、その後、130〜140℃まで上昇させ、さらに30分間実施した。
Claims (3)
- フッ素化化合物と、尿素、イソシアネート、およびメラミンからなる群より選択される有機化合物とを含むコーティング組成物でコートされた開口プレート。
- フッ素化化合物と、尿素、イソシアネート、およびメラミンからなる群より選択される有機化合物と、任意選択で用いられる触媒とを共に、1つの溶媒、または溶媒混合物中に添加し、コーティング組成物を形成させる工程と、
前記コーティング組成物をベースフィルムに適用する工程と、
前記ベースフィルムを硬化させる工程と、
を含む、コーティング組成物を開口プレートに適用するプロセス。 - フルオロアルコールと、尿素、イソシアネート、およびメラミンからなる群より選択される有機化合物とを含むコーティング組成物。
