Abstract
【解決手段】バイパスバルブ1は、ハウジング4を備え、ハウジング4には、EGRガスが流れる分岐した流路2,3が設けられる。ハウジング4には、EGRガスの流路を切り替えるために流路2,3を選択的に開閉する弁体5と、弁体5と一体化した弁軸6と、弁軸6を回動可能に支持する軸受部7,8とが設けられる。軸受部7,8の外周の一部は、流路2の中に配置される。軸受部7,8に隣接してハウジング4には、流路2,3を形成し、かつ弁座16を有する仕切壁17が設けられる。仕切壁17にて軸受部7,8の近傍には、冷却水通路18が設けられる。

Claims (3)
- 排気ガスが流れる分岐した流路を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記排気ガスの流路を切り替えるために前記分岐した流路を選択的に開閉する弁体と、
前記弁体と一体化した弁軸と、
前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記弁軸を回動可能に支持する軸受部と、
前記軸受部の外周の一部が前記流路の中に配置されることと
を備えた流路切替弁であって、
前記軸受部の近傍に冷却水通路を設けたことを特徴とする流路切替弁。 - 排気ガスが流れる分岐した流路を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記排気ガスの流路を切り替えるために前記分岐した流路を選択的に開閉する弁体と、
前記弁体と一体化した弁軸と、
前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記弁軸を回動可能に支持する軸受部と、
前記軸受部の外周の一部が前記流路の中に配置されることと、
前記軸受部に隣接して前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記分岐した流路を形成し、かつ弁座を有する仕切壁と
を備えた流路切替弁であって、
前記仕切壁にて前記軸受部の近傍に冷却水通路を設けたことを特徴とする流路切替弁。 - 前記冷却水通路が前記ハウジングにおいて前記弁軸と平行にほぼ直線状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流路切替弁。
