Abstract
【解決手段】調理器用トッププレート1は、ガラス基板10と、ガラス基板10の上に形成されたSi膜11及び窒化ケイ素膜12からなる積層膜2とを備えている。Si膜11の膜厚をt1、窒化ケイ素膜12の膜厚をt2としたとき、Si膜の膜厚t1と窒化ケイ素膜の膜厚t2との関係を表す図1において、(t1、t2)が表1で表される点A1〜A36を順次直線で結んで形成される範囲X内にあることを特徴とする。

Description
下記の表5〜表10に、Si膜11の膜厚t1及び窒化ケイ素膜12の膜厚t2を種々変化させたときの遮光性、赤外透過性、積層膜2の波長550nmにおける透過率(T at 550nm)、及び積層膜2の波長660nmにおける透過率(T at 660nm)を示す。遮光性は、積層膜2の波長550nmにおける透過率(T at 550nm)が15%以下であるときを「○」とし、15%より大きいときを「×」とした。また、赤外透過性は、3500〜4000nmの赤外波長領域における積層膜2の透過率の最大値が85%以上であるときを「○」とし、85%未満であるときを「×」とした。

Claims (6)
- 前記Si膜の膜厚t1が118.75nm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の調理器用トッププレート。
- 前記Si膜の膜厚t1が125nm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の調理器用トッププレート。
- 前記窒化ケイ素膜は、実質的にSi3N4からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の調理器用トッププレート。
- 前記Si膜は、前記ガラス基板と前記窒化ケイ素膜との間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の調理器用トッププレート。
