Abstract
【解決手段】電子装置は、基板と、基板の動作領域に設けられた複数の動作素子と、動作領域の幅を超える長さを有するように動作領域よりも基板の端部側に設けられた第1の配線と、第1の配線と異なる層位置に形成され第1の配線と重なる部分を有し複数の動作素子に共通に電気エネルギーを供給するための第1の電極と、第1の配線と第1の電極との重複領域に設けられて、第1の配線と第1の電極とを電気的に接続する導電部と、を有する。

Claims (6)
- 基板と、
複数の信号線及び複数の走査線の交差に対応して設けられた複数の動作素子に共通に電気エネルギーを供給する第1の配線と、
前記第1の配線と前記基板の外部との電気的接続をとるための複数の端子からなる第1の端子群と、
前記複数の動作素子に対応してそれぞれ設けられた複数のスイッチング素子を介して前記複数の動作素子に電気エネルギーを供給する第2の配線と、
前記第2の配線と前記基板の外部との電気的接続をとるための複数の端子からなる第2の端子群と、
前記複数の動作素子を駆動する駆動回路に信号を供給する第3の配線と前記基板の外部との電気的接続をとるための複数の端子からなる第3の端子群と、を有し、
前記第1、第2及び第3の端子群は、前記基板の一辺の端部に並列して配置され、
前記第1及び第2の端子群は、前記第3の端子群よりも前記複数の動作素子から離れた位置に配置され、
前記第1及び第2の端子群に含まれる複数の端子のうち、隣り合う端子の中心同士の間隔は、前記第3の端子群に含まれる複数の端子のうち、隣り合う端子の中心同士の間隔よりも大きいことを特徴とする電子装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の端子群に含まれる複数の端子の幅は、前記第3の端子群に含まれる複数の端子の幅よりも広いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記第3の端子群は、前記複数の走査線を介して前記駆動回路に走査信号を供給する配線、及び前記複数の信号線を介して前記駆動回路にデータ信号を供給する配線に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- さらに前記複数の走査線に走査信号を供給する走査ドライバが前記第3の配線に接続されるとともに、前記複数の動作素子が配置される領域と前記第2の配線とに挟まれた領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記第1の配線は、前記複数の動作素子が配置される領域及び前記第2の配線を囲むように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置を有することを特徴とする電子機器。
