Abstract
【解決手段】 船外機1のエンジンコントロールユニット(制御装置)42は、エンジンの燃料系及び点火系の制御を行う主制御装置42aと、エンジンの燃料系と点火系及び始動系の電流又は/及び電圧を供給及び監視する副制御装置42bとを備えるものとする。
本発明によれば、船外機1のエンジンコントロールユニット42を機能に応じて主制御装置42aと副制御装置42bに分離したため、該エンジンコントロールユニット42の大型化を防いでその設置スペースの確保が容易化するとともに、エンジンコントロールユニット42のコストダウンと信頼性の向上を図ることができる。

Claims (9)
- エンジンの燃料系及び点火系の制御を行う主制御装置と、
船外機のチルト・トリム駆動系へ供給する電力を制御する副制御装置とを備え、
前記主制御装置と前記副制御装置を別々の電装品ボックスに収納するとともに、該各電装品ボックスを離間して配置し、
前記主制御装置と前記副制御装置とを双方向通信可能に接続したことを特徴とする船外機の制御装置。 - 前記主制御装置にメータを接続し、該メータと前記主制御装置との間で双方向通信を可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船外機の制御装置。
- 前記副制御装置は、パワーチルト・トリムスイッチのON信号を受信してパワーチルト・トリムモータを駆動し、トリムセンサからの信号の入力を受けてトリム角の制御信号を送出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の船外機の制御装置。
- 前記副制御装置は、チルトリミットセンサからの信号の入力を受けて船外機の船体への干渉を防ぐためのチルト停止信号を送出することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の船外機の制御装置。
- 前記副制御装置は、トリムセンサによって検出されたトリム角データを主制御装置へ伝送し、
前記主制御装置は、前記メータにトリム角データを伝送して表示することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船外機の制御装置。 - 前記メータはデータ入力装置が設けられており、該データ入力装置からトリムリミット角度を入力してこれを前記主制御装置から前記副制御装置へ伝送し、前記副制御装置のトリムリミット角度を入力された値に設定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の船外機の制御装置。
- 前記副制御装置は、エンジン回転数検出センサによって検出されたエンジン回転数を前記主制御装置へ伝送し、
前記主制御装置は、前記メータにエンジン回転数を伝送して表示することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船外機の制御装置。 - 前記メータは回転数データ入力装置が設けられており、該回転数データ入力装置にてアイドリング回転数又はトローリング時のエンジン回転数の設定を行うことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の船外機の制御装置。
- 前記副制御装置は、パワーチルト・トリムモータに供給される電流を検出する電流検出回路と、前記電流検出回路により検出された電流が適正範囲内にあるか否かの監視を行い、異常があった場合には警告信号を出力する警告出力回路とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の船外機の制御装置。
