Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のポリアミド系樹脂組成物は、メルトフローレイト20〜45g/10分の高流動性ポリプロピレン系樹脂5〜80重量%、ポリアミド系樹脂5〜80重量%、相溶化剤1〜80重量%(但し、高流動性ポリプロピレン系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、相溶化剤の合計は100重量%)とからなることを特徴とする。

(1)メルトフローレイト20〜45g/10分の高流動性ポリプロピレン系樹脂5〜80重量%、ポリアミド系樹脂5〜80重量%、相溶化剤1〜80重量%(但し、高流動性ポリプロピレン系樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、相溶化剤の合計は100重量%)とからなることを特徴とするポリアミド系樹脂組成物、
(2)相溶化剤が、マレイン酸類でグラフトされたオレフィン系ポリマーである上記(1)のポリアミド系樹脂組成物、
を要旨とするものである。
実施例1〜4、比較例1〜4
表1に示すポリアミド系樹脂組成物を240℃にて板状に射出成形した。この成形板を射出金型内に装着し、表面側にオレフィン系エラストマーを230℃で射出して多層成形板を得た。射出に用いたオレフィン系エラストマー組成物を表2に示す。この多層成形板を24時間後に1インチ幅に切断し、ポリアミド系樹脂組成物の層と、オレフィン系エラストマーの層との界面に180度方向の引っ張り力を加えた際の剥離強度を東洋精器製引張り試験機にて測定した。結果を表3に示す。

※4 住友化学株式会社製:タフセレンT4535−MA
表4に示すガラス繊維強化ポリアミド6を用いて調製したポリアミド系樹脂組成物を用い、実施例1〜4と同様にして射出成形して得た成形板を射出金型内に装着し、実施例1〜4と同様に表2に示すオレフィン系エラストマーを成形板の表面側に射出して多層成形板を得た。この多層成形体のポリアミド系樹脂組成物の層と、オレフィン系エラストマーの層との間の剥離強度を同様にして測定した。結果を表5に示す。
Claims (2)
- メルトフローレイト20〜45g/10分の高流動性ポリプロピレン系樹脂5〜80重量%、ポリアミド系樹脂5〜80重量%、相溶化剤1〜80重量%(但し、高流動性ポリプロピレン系樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、相溶化剤の合計は100重量%)とからなることを特徴とするポリアミド系樹脂組成物。
- 相溶化剤が、マレイン酸類でグラフトされたオレフィン系ポリマーである請求項1記載のポリアミド系樹脂組成物。
