Abstract
【解決手段】集電体111の両端に活物質が塗布されていない活物質非塗布領域113A、113Bをそれぞれ備える第1電極板110と、集電体121の両端に活物質が塗布されていない活物質非塗布領域123A、123Bをそれぞれ備える第2電極板120と、第1電極板と第2電極板との間に介在するセパレータ130と、第1電極板の最も外側の一面に取り付けられる第1電極タブ140と、第2電極板の最も外側の一面に取り付けられる第2電極タブ150と、を含むように構成した。また、電極組立体100が巻き取られた際に外周部側の端部に位置する第1電極板の後端活物質非塗布領域113Bの少なくとも一面に絶縁部材170A、170Bが付着されるようにした。

Claims (12)
- 集電体の両端に活物質が塗布されていない活物質非塗布領域をそれぞれ備える第1電極板と、
集電体の両端に活物質が塗布されていない活物質非塗布領域をそれぞれ備える第2電極板と、
前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との間に介在するセパレータと、
前記第1電極板の最も外側の一面に取り付けられる第1電極タブと、
前記第2電極板の最も外側の一面に取り付けられる第2電極タブと、
を含むことを特徴とする電極組立体。 - 前記第1電極タブは、前記電極組立体が巻き取られた際に外周部側の端部側に位置する前記第1電極板の後端活物質非塗布領域の最も外周側の面に取り付けられ、
前記第2電極タブは、前記電極組立体が巻き取られた際に外周部側の端部側に位置する前記第2電極板の後端活物質非塗布領域の最も外周側の面に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記電極組立体が巻き取られた際に外周部側の端部側に位置する前記第1電極板の後端活物質非塗布領域の少なくとも一面には、絶縁部材が付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記電極組立体が巻き取られた際に外周部側の端部側に位置する前記第2電極板の後端活物質非塗布領域の外側の面と対向するように、前記第1電極板の前記後端活物質非塗布領域の内側の面に付着されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記電極組立体が巻き取られた際に外周部側の端部側に位置する前記第2電極板の後端活物質非塗布領域の内側の面と対向するように、前記第1電極板の前記後端活物質非塗布領域の外側の面に付着されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記電極組立体が巻き取られた際に内周部に位置する前記第1電極板の先端活物質非塗布領域の少なくとも一方の面に付着されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記電極組立体が巻き取られた際に内周部に位置する前記第1電極板の先端活物質非塗布領域の両面に付着されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記絶縁部材は、絶縁テープであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1電極板の活物質が塗布された活物質層と前記活物質非塗布領域との境界部分に付着されるラミネートテープであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1電極板は正極板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第2電極板は負極板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載された電極組立体を含むリチウム二電池。
