Abstract
Description
欧州特許第1173674号明細書に基づき、自動車に用いられるパワートレーンが知られている。このパワートレーンは内燃機関と、この内燃機関に対応配置された電気機械とを有している。電気機械は内燃機関のスタート時にトルクを発生させる。内燃機関と変速機との間にはクラッチが設けられており、このクラッチを介して、内燃機関により形成されたトルクが、少なくとも1つの車両駆動輪へ伝達される。さらに、内燃機関のスタート時にクラッチを操作する装置が設けられており、この場合、この装置は、内燃機関のスタート時に電気機械によって形成されたトルクの第1の部分が前記少なくとも1つの車両駆動輪へ伝達され、かつ電気機械によって形成されたトルクの、内燃機関のスタートのために十分となる第2の部分が内燃機関へ伝達されるようにクラッチを操作する。クラッチは内燃機関の駆動トルクおよび/またはスタートトルクおよび/または主としてクラッチ締結ストロークに関連したクラッチトルクのための、温度および/または回転数に関連した特性マップを考慮して、制御装置によって作動させられる。
本発明により提案された解決手段の根底を成す課題は、ハイブリッド駆動装置を備えた車両の純然たる機械的な、つまり純電気的な走行運転において、負圧操作されるブレーキ装置を信頼性良く運転することである。
図1には、ハイブリッド駆動装置が図示されている。このハイブリッド駆動装置は内燃機関と少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置との間のAクラッチと、前記少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置と車両変速機との間のBクラッチとを有している。
Claims (11)
- 特にハイブリッド駆動装置(10)を装備した車両であって、内燃機関(12)と、少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)とが設けられており、該少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)が、クラッチ(14)を介して内燃機関(12)から連結解除可能であり、ハイブリッド駆動装置(10)が、運転モード「純電気的な走行」で運転可能である形式の車両の特にブレーキ装置に用いられる、負圧を発生させるための装置において、調節可能な圧送出力または切換可能なクラッチを備えた真空ポンプ(50)が、機械的(42,44,46)に前記少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)に結合されていることを特徴とする、負圧を発生させるための装置。
- 真空ポンプ(50)に負圧制御式のアクチュエータ(62)が対応配置されており、該アクチュエータ(62)が、真空アキュムレータ(70)内に生ぜしめられる負圧に関連して真空ポンプ(50)を制御する、請求項1記載の負圧を発生させるための装置。
- 真空アキュムレータ(70)と真空ポンプ(50)との間に真空管路(52)が延びており、該真空管路(52)が有利にはホース接続部として形成されている、請求項2記載の負圧を発生させるための装置。
- 負圧制御式のアクチュエータ(62)が、負圧ボックスまたは電子式のアクチュエーティング部として形成されている、請求項2記載の負圧を発生させるための装置。
- 真空ポンプ(50)と前記少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)との間の機械的な結合が、ピニオン(46)と噛み合ったリングギヤ(44)または平歯車結合部、直交伝動装置、ベルト伝動装置またはチェーン伝動装置を介して行われる、請求項1記載の負圧を発生させるための装置。
- 真空管路(52)が、負圧リザーバもしくは真空アキュムレータ(70)と真空ポンプ(50)との間の圧送管路としても、負圧操作式のアクチュエータ(62)のための制御管路としても働く、請求項2または3記載の負圧を発生させるための装置。
- 真空ポンプ(50)に、電気作動式の別の真空ポンプ(74)が対応配置されており、該別の真空ポンプ(74)が、低い速度での車両の走行段階においてブレーキ装置への負圧供給を確保する、請求項1記載の負圧を発生させるための装置。
- 特にハイブリッド駆動装置(10)を装備した車両であって、内燃機関(12)と、少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)とが設けられており、該少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)が、クラッチ(14)を介して内燃機関(12)から連結解除可能であり、ハイブリッド駆動装置(10)が、運転モード「純電気的な走行」で運転可能である形式の車両のブレーキ装置に用いられる、負圧を発生させるための方法において、以下の方法ステップ:
a)運転モード「電気的な走行」において内燃機関(12)と前記少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)との間のクラッチ(14)が解放された状態で、調節可能な圧送出力を有する真空ポンプ(50)を前記少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)によって駆動し、
b)前記真空ポンプ(50)を、真空アキュムレータ(70)内に生ぜしめられる負圧に関連してアクチュエータ(62)によって制御するか、または
c)電気作動式の付加的な真空ポンプ(74)を用いて、前記少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)の低い回転数における負圧供給を確保する、
を実施することを特徴とする、負圧を発生させるための方法。 - 真空アキュムレータ(70)内の所定の最終真空が達成されると、負圧制御式のアクチュエータ(62)によって真空ポンプ(50)の圧送出力をゼロにセットする、請求項8記載の方法。
- 真空アキュムレータ(70)内の真空が低下した場合にのみ、真空ポンプ(50)により真空アキュムレータ(70)から周辺環境へ空気を圧送する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 車両停止状態で前記少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)の、内燃機関(12)から連結解除された運転において、真空ポンプ(50)の駆動を前記少なくとも1つの電気的な駆動装置(16)によって行う、請求項8記載の方法。
