Claims (3)
- レーザ誘起熱転写によりフィーチャを画像化するための方法であって、
ドナー要素およびレシーバ要素を有する基板上で、対応する走査線に沿って走査方向における複数の個々に制御可能な光ビームを走査するステップであって、各光ビームは前記レシーバ要素上に対応するイメージピクセルを形成するように作用可能である、ステップと、
前記ドナー要素から前記レシーバ要素へ画像形成材料を転写するために、ビームの連続的なグループを操作することによりフィーチャを画像化するステップと、
前記フィーチャを画像化しながら、前記フィーチャの内側部分に対応する1つまたは複数のビームの内側サブグループの強度とは異なる強度を有するように、前記フィーチャの第1のエッジに沿って延びる前記フィーチャの第1の部分に対応する1つまたは複数のビームの第1のエッジサブグループ、および、前記フィーチャの第2のエッジに沿って延びる前記フィーチャの第2の部分に対応する1つまたは複数のビームの第2のエッジサブグループの強度を制御するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記第1および第2のエッジサブグループの少なくとも一方のビームの強度を、前記内側サブグループのビームの少なくとも幾つかの強度を、3%以上超えるように設定するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のエッジサブグループのビームの強度を、前記第2のエッジサブグループのビームの強度とは異なるように設定するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
