Claims (10)
- 多目的乗用車の火花点火機関(1)を運転する方法であって、前記火花点火機関(1)の少なくとも1つの吸気弁の開閉時期が調整され、前記火花点火機関(1)に供給される燃焼用空気流(2)がチャージャ(3)により圧縮される方法において、
再循環された排気ガスの部分流(4)が、少なくとも全負荷時に前記燃焼用空気流(2)に排気ガス再循環として供給されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記排気ガスの再循環は、部分負荷時にも行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全ガス量の10%以上35%以下の範囲内の比率で排気ガス再循環が行われることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の方法。
- 前記火花点火機関(1)は、全負荷時及び部分負荷時において、1以上の空気比で運転されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記火花点火機関(1)は、空気比1以上2以下の範囲内で運転されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記火花点火機関(1)は、通常の過給運転モードの幾何学的圧縮比と比較して、1以上6以下の範囲内で増加された幾何学的圧縮比で運転されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸気弁は、下死点より前に一時的に閉じられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸気弁は、下死点前60°以上80°以下の範囲内のクランク角で閉じられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸気弁を閉じる時期は、前記火花点火機関(1)の動作点の関数として設定変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項7あるいは8に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼用空気流(2)及び前記部分流(4)の冷却は、再循環された排気ガスにより行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
