Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも第1の表面を有する透明基板層と、
前記透明基板層の前記第1の表面上に配置された金属クラッド層と、
前記クラッド層を貫通して前記透明基板層まで配置され、かつ前記金属クラッド層に囲まれたコア領域を形成する開口と、
前記クラッド層上に配置された犠牲アノードと、
を含むゼロモード導波路基板であって、前記コアはカットオフ周波数を超える周波数の電磁放射が前記コアを完全に貫通伝播することを阻止するように寸法決定される、ゼロモード導波路基板。 - 前記犠牲アノードが前記金属クラッド層に付着される、請求項1に記載のゼロモード導波路基板。
- 前記犠牲アノードが前記クラッド層の上面上に配置された金属層を含む、請求項1に記載のゼロモード導波路基板。
- 前記犠牲アノードがZn、Mg、AlおよびFeから選択される金属を含む、請求項1に記載のゼロモード導波路基板。
- 前記犠牲アノードが前記クラッド層の上面上に配置された亜鉛層を含む、請求項1に記載のゼロモード導波路基板。
- 前記犠牲アノードが金属粒子、金属線または金属ストリップを含む、請求項1に記載のゼロモード導波路基板。
- 前記犠牲アノードが前記クラッド層上部に堆積されるがそれに付着されることがない、請求項6に記載のゼロモード導波路基板。
- 透明基板層と、
不透明なクラッド層と、
前記クラッド層を貫通して配置された開口を含みかつ少なくとも部分的に前記透明基板層内まで延在するコアと、

- 前記クラッド層が金属を含む、請求項9に記載のゼロモード導波路基板。
