Claims (12)
- 読取装置(30)から送信された無線周波数信号を受信する第1アンテナ(14)及び第2アンテナ(18)に接続された非接触型無線周波数デバイス用の集積回路(12)において、
前記集積回路(12)は、第1のアンテナ(14)及び第2のアンテナ(18)が受信した無線周波数信号をそれぞれ整流して、2つの正の出力電圧V1及びV2を発生させる第1の整流回路(40)及び第2の整流回路(50)を有し、前記整流回路(40、50)は、V1〜V2の範囲内における最大電圧に相当する出力電圧を選択するため並行に配置されていることを特徴とする非接触型無線周波数デバイス用の集積回路。 - 選択された出力電圧がコンデンサー(60)により最適化される請求項1に記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス用の集積回路。
- 前記コンデンサー(60)により最適化された出力電圧が、回路に電力を供給し、情報を伝達するために負荷(70)に印加される請求項1又は2に記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス用の集積回路。
- 対象物の追跡又は人物の特定に必要な情報を格納するメモリ領域を有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス用の集積回路。
- 前記情報を読取装置(30)から極超短波の電磁波を通じて取得する請求項4に記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス用の集積回路。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス用の集積回路を備えた非接触型無線周波数デバイス。
- 前記アンテナ(14、18)がダイポールアンテナである請求項6に記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス。
- 前記アンテナ(14、18)が支持体(11)上に印刷されてなる請求項6又は7に記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス。
- 前記支持体(11)が紙からなる請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス。
- 非接触型無線周波数デバイスが、無線周波数による認識ラベル又は非接触型ラベルである請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス。
- 三次元の物体の1つ又は複数の面に貼り付けることができる大きさであって、ラベルのそれぞれの部分が、物体の面のうち1つの面上に、少なくとも前記アンテナ(14、18)の一方における1本のワイヤの全体又は一部分が含まれるように位置し、読取装置(30)に対するラベルの向きにかかわらず、いずれかの面が読取装置(30)とデータを交換することができるようにした請求項10に記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス。
- 前記ラベルを折り曲げることができ、ラベルの機能を妨げない半軸線(37)を有する2つの軸線(33−35、37−39)を備えた請求項11に記載の非接触型無線周波数デバイス。
