- 異なる表面張力及び表面エネルギーを有する層媒質を備えた多層体(10)の製造プロセスであって、
第一の表面張力を有する第一の流体媒質を備える第一の層(16)を、可撓性フィルムにより形成されたキャリア(12)に設置し、
前記第一の表面張力より大きい第二の表面張力を有する第二の流体媒質を備える第二の層(18)を、乾燥された後の前記第一の層(16)に設置し、
前記第二の層(18)を設ける前に、乾燥された前記第一の層(16)に、拡散層(20)を設置し、
該拡散層(20)が薄膜金属層又は金属シーディングであり、又は毛細管現象を有することを特徴とする多層体の製造プロセス。 - 前記第一の層(16)を設ける前に、前記キャリア(12)に少なくとも一つの予備層(14)を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層体の製造プロセス。
- 前記第一及び前記第二の層(16、18)は有機半導体媒質を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層体の製造プロセス。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一つのプロセスを用いることにより、ポリマー太陽電池を製造するために用いる用途。
