Abstract
Description
工業的規模で、2種類のシート製品を製造し、T4P焼戻しで1 mmのシート製品に加工した。これらの2種類の合金は、裸のAA6016合金および両側にAA5051合金でクラッド加工したAA合金であった。AA6016は、自動車用車体シート用途に使用される。クラッドシート製品のコアは、裸シート製品と同じ熱履歴を有し、例えば両者とも、560℃で10時間の均質化にかけている。クラッドシート製品は、クラッド製品を中間ゲージ7.5 mmに、ホット-ミル出口温度約300℃で熱間圧延し、次いで、最終ゲージ1 mmに冷間圧延する一般的なロールボンディングを使用して製造した。クラッドシートは、総厚が1 mmであり、各クラッド層の厚さが40μmであった。

Claims (12)
- コア材料の少なくとも片側にクラッドシートが取り付けてあり、前記コア材料がAA6xxx-シリーズ合金からなり、前記クラッドシートが、Mg3.6重量%未満を含むAA5xxx-シリーズ合金からなる、アルミニウム複合シート材料の形態にある自動車用車体シート。

- 前記コア材料の厚さが0.5〜2 mmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシート材料。
- 前記コア材料の厚さが0.7〜1.3 mmである、請求項5に記載のシート材料。
- 前記複合シート材料が、片側にのみクラッドシートを有するコア材料からなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシート材料。
- 前記複合シート材料が、両方のシート表面上にクラッドシートを有するコアシートからなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシート材料。
- 前記複合シート材料が、両方のシート表面上にクラッドシートを有するコアシートからなり、前記両方の表面上にあるクラッドシートが同じAA5000-シリーズ合金から製造されたものである、請求項8に記載のシート材料。
- 前記一方または両方のクラッドシートが、前記複合シート材料の総厚の1〜25%の厚さを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシート材料。
- 前記一方または両方のクラッドシートが、前記複合シート材料の総厚の2〜12%の厚さを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシート材料。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用車体シートから製造された自動車用車体パネル。
