工業的規模で、3種類のシート製品を製造し、O焼戻しで1 mmのシート製品に加工した。これらの3種類の合金は、裸のAA5182合金および両側にAA6016合金またはAA5051合金でクラッド加工したAA5182合金であった。AA5182は、自動車用車体シート用途に使用されることが多い。クラッドシート製品のコアは、裸シート製品と同じ熱履歴を有し、例えば両者とも、500℃で10時間の均質化にかけている。クラッドシート製品は、クラッド製品を中間ゲージ7.5 mmに、ホット-ミル出口温度約300℃で熱間圧延し、次いで、最終ゲージ1 mmに冷間圧延する共通のロールボンディングを使用して製造した。クラッドシートは、総厚が1 mmであり、各クラッド層の厚さが80μmであった。

Claims (8)
- コア材料の少なくとも片側にクラッドシートが取り付けてあるアルミニウム複合シート材料の形態にある自動車用車体シートであって、前記コア材料が、AA5022、AA5023、AA5082、AA5182、AA5186、AA5059、AA5083、AA5058およびAA5088-シリーズ合金からなる群から選択されたアルミニウム合金からなり、前記クラッドシートが、AA5754、AA5051A、AA5018、およびAA6016からなる群から選択されたアルミニウム合金からなる、シート材料。
- 前記コア材料の厚さが0.5〜2 mmである、請求項1に記載のシート材料。
- 前記コア材料の厚さが0.7〜1.3 mmである、請求項1に記載のシート材料。
- 前記複合シート材料が、片側にのみクラッドシートを有するコア材料からなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシート材料。
- 前記複合シート材料が、両方のシート表面上にクラッドシートを有するコア材料からなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシート材料。
- 前記一方または両方のクラッドシートが、前記複合シート材料の総厚の1〜25%の厚さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシート材料。
- 前記一方または両方のクラッドシートが、前記複合シート材料の総厚の2〜12%の厚さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシート材料。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用車体シートから製造された、自動車用車体パネル。
