Claims (15)
- ポリエステル材料からガラス転移温度よりも高温で非粘着性顆粒を製造するための方法であって、前記ポリエステル材料は、溶融物として冷却水流に導入され、冷却ゾーンを通過した後に冷却水から分離される、前記冷却ゾーン内の前記ポリエステル材料の滞留時間は0.2から5.0秒間であること、及び前記冷却水は前記冷却ゾーンに沿って少なくとも2barの圧力を有すること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記冷却ゾーン内の前記ポリエステル材料の滞留時間は0.2から2.0秒間、好ましくは0.4から0.8秒間であること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却水は、前記冷却ゾーンに沿って3から6barの圧力を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却水の温度は、80℃から110℃、好ましくは85℃から95℃であること、を特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル材料の滞留時間は、前記ポリエステル材料が前記冷却水の分離後に90℃から220℃の温度を有するように選択されること、を特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル材料を前記冷却水から分離するために水−固体分離装置が使用され、前記分離装置には前記冷却水の圧力を低下させるための絞りゾーンが前置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却ゾーン内の前記冷却水流は、前記冷却ゾーンへの調節可能なバイパス管によって調節できること、を特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル材料は、前記冷却水流内へ流入した直後に造粒され、ほぼ球状の顆粒粒子が形成されること、を特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル材料は、前記冷却水中での冷却後に造粒されること、を特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル材料は、前記冷却水が分離された後にのみ造粒され、ほぼ円筒状の顆粒粒子が形成されること、を特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記顆粒においてガラス転移温度よりも高温での表面急冷が実行されること、を特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製造された顆粒は、少なくとも55%及び多くとも92%の非晶質率を有すること、を特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記造粒は、作動させた回転刃セットを用いて多孔板を通して実行されること、を特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融物は、少なくとも1本の溶融ストランドとして形成されること、を特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 固相後凝縮反応装置または乾燥器、好ましくは塔式及び/または立坑式乾燥器へ直接分配するための、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて製造された生成物の使用。
