Abstract
Description
簡潔には、本発明は、一般に、医療用ガウン、医療用ドレープおよび開口部付き医療用ドレープに有利に用いられる、新しくかつ改良された不織医療用布(nonwoven medical fabric)に関する。
医療用ドレープは、外科的処置を行うことができる開口部または窓の範囲を規定し得る。このようなドレープは、その開口部の一部または全てを囲む開口部材料を含み得る。開口部材料は、手術部位で放出される流体の吸収性貯留部を与える。
二成分繊維またはフィラメント 別個の押出機からポリマー源を押出し、一緒に紡糸して単一の繊維またはフィラメントを生成することによって生成されたコンジュゲート繊維またはフィラメント。通典型的には別個の2種のポリマーを押し出すが、二成分繊維またはフィラメントは、別個の押出機からの同じポリマー性材料の押出しを包含し得る。押し出されたポリマーは、二成分繊維またはフィラメントの断面を横切る実質的に一定に位置づけされた明確な帯域に配列され、該二成分繊維またはフィラメントの長手方向に実質的に連続的に伸びる。二成分繊維またはフィラメントの立体構造は、対称(例えば、シース:コアまたはサイド:サイド)であるかまたは非対称(例えば、シース内の中央線を外して置かれたコア;全体に丸い形状を有する繊維内の三日月構造)であってもよい。この2つのポリマー源は、例えば(排他的ではないが)、75/25、50/50または25/75の比で存在し得る。
出発ウェブ材料の試料を、それぞれの試料について変化させた条件下で、ひし形パターンを有する上面加熱金属エンボス加工ロールを用いてエンボス加工した。エンボス加工ロールの直径は、約15インチ(38cm)であった。エンボス加工ロールは、ウェブ材料面積の約20%を超えるエンボス加工を与える繰返しパターンの一連のひし形外形を有した。対抗する弾性ロールは、45ショアD硬度を有するゴム組成物であった。押出ウェブ材料を表1に示す条件下でエンボス加工した。
例3のエンボス加工材料は、スパンボンドポリプロピレンフィラメントを含む第2の25gsm押出ウェブ材料に部分的に接合された、スパンボンドポリプロピレンフィラメントから製造された第1の25gsm押出ウェブ材料を含む複合不織材料である。複合材料を、エンボス加工法によって接合した。複合不織材料を、例1と同じ装置を用いてエンボス加工し、試料8を得た。複合エンボス加工不織材料(試料8)を試験した。試料8についての結果を表4にまとめる。
例4(試料9)のエンボス加工材料は、ポリエチレンシースおよびPETコアを有するスパンボンド二成分フィラメントを含む第2の25gsm押出ウェブ材料に部分的に接合された、スパンボンドポリプロピレンフィラメントを含む第1の25gsm押出ウェブ材料を含む複合不織材料である。第1および第2の押出ウェブ材料を、例1と同様の条件でエンボス加工することによって接合した。試料9についての結果を表5に示す。
Claims (19)
- 部分的に多孔性および親水性の構造を有するエンボス加工パターンを有する熱可塑性ポリマー材料の不織ウェブを含むことを特徴とする、不織医療用布。
- 不織ウェブが、エンボス加工パターンを有する親水性処理押出ウェブ材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織医療用布。
- 不織ウェブ材料が、初期厚さTsを規定し、前記不織ウェブ材料が、Ts未満である圧縮厚さTcを規定するエンボス加工部分およびTs以上の厚さTeを規定する膨出部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の不織医療用布。
- 第2のエンボス加工部分として、エンボス加工部分から間隔をおいて配置され、膨出部分が前記エンボス加工部分の間にあるものを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の不織医療用布。
- 熱可塑性ポリマー材料の第2の不織ウェブとして、部分的に多孔性および親水性の構造を有するエンボス加工パターンを有し、空間的に離れた複数の部分で前記不織ウェブ材料に部分的に接合されているものを特徴とする、請求項1、2、3または4に記載の不織医療用布。
- 第2の不織ウェブが、親水性処理押出ウェブであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の不織医療用布。
- 医療用ドレープにおいて規定される開口部に隣接する開口部材料としての使用のための請求項5または6に記載の不織医療用布。
- 第1および第2の不織ウェブ材料の少なくとも1つが、二成分フィラメントを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5から7までのいずれか一項に記載の不織医療用布。
- 二成分フィラメントが、ポリエチレン/ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィラメントであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の不織医療用布。
- 不織材料ウェブまたは層として、部分的に多孔性および親水性の構造を有するエンボス加工パターンを有する熱可塑性ポリマー材料の前記不織ウェブに、空間的に離れた複数の部分で部分的に接合されているものを特徴とする、請求項1、2、3または4に記載の不織医療用布。
- 不織材料ウェブまたは層が、湿式レイ法、エアレイ法およびカード法の1つによって生成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の不織医療用布。
- 不織材料ウェブまたは層が、セルロース材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の不織医療用布。
- 不織材料ウェブまたは層が、熱可塑性ステープル繊維もしくは連続繊維またはフィラメントを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の不織医療用布。
- 15gsmから300gsmの範囲の坪量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の不織医療用布。
- 不織ウェブ材料の繊維および/またはフィラメントが、0.5から2.0、有利には1.0の範囲のデニールを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の不織医療用布。
- スパンボンドポリプロピレンフィラメントを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載の不織医療用布。
- 二成分フィラメントを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の不織医療用布。
- 1つの表面と、該表面に積層されたフィルムを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載の不織医療用布。
- 不織材料ウェブまたは層が、エンボス加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の不織医療用布。
