Claims (8)
- 温度検出に好適な検出素子(1)、及び
前記検出素子に接続されており、接続線路を通して気流が流れ、監視対象である気流(4)の熱の捕捉及び取得した熱を検出素子(1)に伝達するために設けられた接続線路(11)から成る、
監視対象である気流(4)の温度測定のためのセンサー。 - 温度測定に際し、前記接続線路(11)が前記検出素子(1)よりも密度流が強い気流(4)に露出される、請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 気流(4)が流れ、監視対象の気流(4)の方向に少なくとも部分的に気流を通す前記接続線路(11)を案内する、案内装置(22)で構成される支持部材(20)から成る請求項1又は2に記載のセンサー。
- 前記検出素子(1)が気流から少なくとも一部が遮蔽されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサー。
- 前記検出素子(1)が前記案内装置(22)から離れており、最大長が前記室内装置(22)の長さの1/4でチャンバー(1)内に配置されている、請求項4に記載のセンサー。
- 前記接続線路(11)が熱伝導に好適な材料を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサー。
- 前記接続線路(11)が銅(Cu)を含む、請求項6に記載のセンサー。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のセンサーを有し、
接続線路(11)が気流(4)の主方向に対し垂直に配置されている、温度測定機器。
