Description
創傷被覆は、多くの機能、例えば細菌不浸透性(germ imperviosity)の保証及び生理学的治癒環境(healing environment)の確立などを充足することを意図しており、今日、副次的に創傷を治癒する場合には、湿潤性の治癒環境(moist healing environment)が好ましい。さらにこの創傷被覆は細胞毒性もアレルギー誘発性も示してはならず、傷を付けることなく取り替え/除去できなければならない。さらに過剰の創傷浸出液は創傷部から除去されなければならない。
少なくとも二層の、特に実質的に連続した二次元物品、特に創傷被覆を製造する本発明の方法であって、前記物品は
第一の主領域と特に第二の主領域とをもつ発泡材料の第一の層;及び
細菌障壁としての、特にフィルム材料の第二の層(該第二の層は前記第一の層の第一の主領域に直接に隣接している)、を含み、
(a)特に1mm〜10mm、好ましくは3mm〜5mmの厚さの第一の層の発泡材料を提供する工程;
(b)少なくとも一つの熱可塑性材料を前記発泡材料の前記主領域上に前記熱可塑性材料(2)の軟化点を超える温度で塗布し、特に押出し、次いで前記材料を固化させて前記第二の層を形成する工程、を含む、前記方法。
あるいは及び/またはこれに加えて、本発明では、熱可塑性発泡材料の第一の層を軟化温度を超える温度に加熱することが同様に可能である。この場合、第二の層の材料の熱可塑性は必須ではない。しかしながら、発泡材料の加熱を含む方法の不都合な点は、その後に圧力下で第二の層と組み合わせることであり、操作のために不適切に設定された境界条件の場合には、加熱された発泡材料の構造、場合によっては、創傷浸出液を吸収する能力と水蒸気透過性に悪影響を与えるかもしれないということである。
さらに好ましい態様では、工程(b)において、二つの層、特に二つの材料を押出し、連続してまたは同時押出によって製造することが可能である。押出によって第一のフィルム層を、及びたとえば噴霧によってさらなる層を設けることも可能である。特に本発明によって、発泡体に接着するのに最適化された、たとえば薄い、発泡体に面する層を製造するのが可能になる。5μm〜10μmの層の厚さは、この目的に十分であることが判明した。その後、外側の第二の層として、たとえば比較的高い機械的強度をもった(通常、約10μm〜20μmの厚さの)層を設けるか、または同時にこれを同時押出しすることが可能である。従って、このようにしてたとえば、少なくとも二つの成分の層から構成されるフィルムを形成することが可能であり、この場合、このフィルム層は全体で非常に薄いが、それでもなお発泡材料に対して非常に良好な接着性と、柔らかい感触を示す。さらに、二つの異なる層を使用するのにもかかわらず、フィルム層の全体の厚さとは独立して、追加の層の材料を選択することによって水蒸気透過性を制御することも可能である。
本発明は、本発明の例示的な態様及び図面によって明らかにする。本発明の主題はこれらの例示的な態様によっては限定されない。

図1は、発泡材料の創傷に面する第一の層Aと、細菌障壁としてのフィルム材料の第二の層Bとを含む、先に詳述し、且つ図3に説明されている方法によって得ることが可能な、本発明の創傷被覆1を図式的且つ単純化された形で示す。この二つの層AとBとは中間層なしに結合しており、特に第一の層Aと第二の層Bとの間にはまったく接着剤層がない。第一の層Aと第二の層Bの材料が化学的に関連性があると、特に確実な結合が得られる。第一の層Aが親水性ポリウレタンフォームであり、層Bがポリエーテルポリウレタンの層であると好都合である。というのも、この二つの層の化学的性質が似ているからであり、特に安定な結合を得ることが可能である。
0.9%NaCl水溶液5mlを層Aと層Bから形成したアセンブリ100cm2(10×10cmサンプル)のポリウレタンフォーム側に塗布した。続いて湿潤サンプルを、飽和水蒸気雰囲気中、40℃で24時間貯蔵した。試験片を取り出した後、これらを室温に10分間冷却した。続いてポリウレタンフィルムとポリウレタンフォームとの間の接着を手で定性的に評価した。比較の目的のために評価したのは、熱及び湿度貯蔵にかけなかったサンプルである。確認された接着性を、評価システム(1=使用に適さない、2=弱い、3=不十分、4=適切、5=良好、6=優れている)に従って分類した。
0.1%メチレンブルーで着色した0.9%NaCl水溶液5mlを層Aと層Bから形成したアセンブリ100cm2(10×10cmサンプル)のポリウレタンフォーム側に塗布した。(室温で)1時間後、このポリウレタンフィルム側(層B)の不浸透性を視覚的に評価した。確認された不浸透性を、評価システム(1=使用に適さない、2=弱い、3=不十分、4=適切、5=良好、6=優れている)に従って分類した。

- 少なくとも二層の、実質的に連続した二次元物品、特に創傷被覆(1)の製造法であって、前記物品は
第一の主領域と第二の主領域とをもつ発泡材料の第一の層(A);及び
細菌障壁としての、特にフィルム材料の第二の層(B)、該第二の層(B)は前記第一の層(A)の第一の主領域に直に隣接している、の各層を含み、
(a)特に1mm〜10mm、好ましくは3mm〜5mmの厚さの第一の層(A)の発泡材料を提供する工程;及び
(b)少なくとも一つの熱可塑性材料(2)を前記発泡材料(A)の前記主領域上に前記熱可塑性材料(2)の軟化点を超える温度で塗布し、特に押出し、そして前記材料(2)を固化させて前記第二の層(B)を形成する工程、を含み、発泡材料の前記第一の層は、粘着層に埋め込まれていない、前記方法。 - 前記第一の層(A)の発泡材料としてポリウレタンフォームを提供することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
