Claims (11)
- 組織の細胞内に処置物質を送達するため生体内の前記組織をエレクトロポレーションする装置であって、
a.互いに間隔を開け電気的に絶縁され互いに平行に位置する、チューブの外面に露出した少なくとも2つの細長い電極を備え、体組織に穿通することができる細長い送達チューブと、
b.前記電極を各々電気エネルギー源に接続することができる電気コンジットとを備え、
c.前記チューブを患者の組織に挿入し前記エネルギー源によって通電する時、前記電極が、細胞による前記物質の取り込みを可能にするように前記組織への前記チューブの挿入によって形成された進路に沿ったその近くの細胞を可逆的にポレーションするのに十分な前記チューブを取り囲む処置範囲内の前記細胞に電界を発生することができることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記槽がシリンジを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電気エネルギー発生源がエレクトロポレーションパルス発生器である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記発生器が、平均電圧が1〜200Vの範囲内でもよい電気パルスを発生することができる、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記発生器が、1ミリアンペア〜400ミリアンペアの電流を有する電気パルスを発生することができる、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記電流が、10〜40ミリアンペア、25〜100ミリアンペア、50〜150ミリアンペア、125〜200ミリアンペア、175〜250ミリアンペア、225〜300ミリアンペア、250〜300ミリアンペア、および300〜400ミリアンペアからなるグループから選択される範囲内である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記発生器が、1〜10,000Hzからなるグループから選択される周波数を有する電気パルスを生成することができる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記発生器が、0.1μs〜1000msからなるグループから選択される時間の長さを有する電気パルスを生成することができる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブが、20ゲージ、21ゲージ、22ゲージ、23ゲージ、24ゲージ、25ゲージ、26ゲージ、27ゲージ、28ゲージ、および29ゲージからなるグループから選択される注射針ゲージのサイズの皮下注射針である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブが各電極から電気的に絶縁されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 組織の細胞内に処置物質を送達する装置であって、
近端と末端とを有する細長い軸を各々備え、前記近端で1mmを越えない距離で互いに永続的な関係に固定された、体組織に穿通することができる少なくとも2つの平行な細長い電極を備え、前記装置がさらに、前記電極の長さにわたる各電極に接触する電気的に不活性な材料、および前記電極の長さにわたる前記電極の間の電気的に不活性でない材料からなるグループから選択される構成要素を有する装置。
