Claims (9)
- 電圧発生装置と;

前記電圧発生装置が、電極を介して、約0.1〜約50ボルトの電位を表皮組織へ送達し;さらに
前記電極が、鈍角であるが尖端のある遠端部の先端を有することで、角質層と基底層との間の表皮組織層に貫入することができ、かつ電圧発生装置から表皮組織へ電位を送達するか、
前記電極が、0.1mm以下の深さで表皮組織に貫入するように適合されているか、
前記電極が、ビジュアルアナログスケールにより測定されるとほぼ無痛となる耐容性電位を表皮組織の細胞へ送達するか、あるいは
前記電極が、表皮組織の細胞における最小限の組織障害を示す耐容性電位を前記細胞へ送達する
電気穿孔装置。 - 前記電極が、0.1mm以下の深さで表皮組織へ貫入するように適合されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電極が、約0.01mm〜約0.04mmの深さで表皮組織へ貫入するように適合されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記耐容性電位が、ビジュアルアナログスケールにより測定されると、前記対象によるほぼ無痛との疼痛評価を生じる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記耐容性電位が、対象の前記細胞において最小限の組織障害をもたらす電位である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電極が、約1.5mmの距離で各隣接する電極から離れている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記電圧発生装置が、約1ボルト〜約15ボルトの電位を表皮組織へ送達する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記電圧発生装置が、約1mA〜約50mAの範囲内の電流で、電位を表皮組織へ送達する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記電圧発生装置が、約5m秒〜約250m秒の範囲内の持続期間で、電位を表皮組織へ送達する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
