Claims (9)
- 回転する回転対称的な機械部品(6)の可動支承部であって、中間支承部材(1)に相対回動不能に支承された外輪(10)が設けられており、前記中間支承部材(1)が、ケーシング(3,8)の組込み空間内に配置されており、更に、回転する機械部品(6)と相対回動不能に結合された内輪(11)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
当該可動支承部が、ケーシング(3,8)と中間支承部材(1)との間の回転方向での相対運動をロックし且つ機械部品(6)の回転軸線に沿って、ケーシング(3,8)と中間支承部材(1)との間の相対運動を可能にする係止部材を有していることを特徴とする、耐食性の支承部。 - 前記係止部材が、耐食性の高い材料、特に黄銅又は特殊鋼を有しており、前記中間支承部材(1)が、プラスチックブシュ(14)を介してケーシング(3,8)に配置されている、請求項1記載の可動支承部。
- 回転方向での係止が、前記回転軸線に対して平行な機械的なガイドによって実現されている、請求項1又は2記載の可動支承部。
- 前記ガイドが、中間支承部材(1)及びケーシング(3,8)の孔、並びにこれらの孔に挿入されたピン(4)によって実現されている、請求項3記載の可動支承部。
- 前記係止が、ケーシング(3,8)にも中間支承部材(1)にも配置された、形状接続式の歯列によって実現されている、請求項3記載の可動支承部。
- 前記係止が、請求項4又は5に記載の構成手段のうちの少なくとも1つを組み合わせることにより実現されている、請求項3記載の可動支承部。
- 駆動軸(6)を有する電動モータであって、前記軸(6)が出力側で、モータフランジ(7)の切欠きに支承された、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の可動支承部(9)によって支承されていることを特徴とする、電動モータ。
- 当該電動モータが、モータ軸(6)に配置されたモータブレーキ及び/又は運動データ検出装置を有している、請求項7記載の電動モータ。
- 軸(6)が周面負荷により負荷されている機械、特に生産機械であって、前記軸(6)が、請求項7又は8に記載の電動モータの出力部を介して、且つ例えばクラッチ又は駆動ベルト等の力伝達手段によって駆動されていることを特徴とする、機械。
